Sleepeezee Touch Pocket 3500

I thought I was purchasing the most expensive 'top-of-the-range' memory foam, pocket sprung mattress that would last at least 5-8 years. Within 18 months (or less) this huge (12" deep) and heavy (no way you can turn it on estimates it weighs well over 40kg)mattress had a deep 'valley' in the centre of the bed and felt 'lumpy' all over the sides despite turning (you can only turn one side due to memory foam layer so the 'valley' only gets longer and deeper!). Trying to clean a slight stain on the mattress results in a huge mess due to the sponge/memory foam layer so when i contacted the retailer and manufacturer (not even thinking about the area i'd cleaned but more of the £700 i'd spent and not getting a decent night's sleep!) I was told I'd be charged £75 for an inspection and advised against going ahead with the inspection (to see if mattress faulty) as the fault was probably due to the cleaning I'd done! What an expensive joke. My overall experience with Sleepezee has been/is a nightmare.
