“fix a cracked screen on an iphone 4”

This company iphone repairs.co.uk also known as M Blue (take a look at the reviews there !!!!) also known as Neutronics. This company have taken a payment of £59.99 to replace a front and back screen on my phone. They then asked for a further £40 as the midframe was damaged. As it was NOT damaged before I sent the phone to them I refused and asked for a refund. They are refunding £25 !!!! Even though NO WORK has been done to my phone !!!!!!! Do NOT use this company. managed to fix a fault that both vodafone and apple told me couldnt be fixed, but it did take 3 weeks to fix and I had to chase on several occasions to get updates and some kind of forecast completion date. Online help and customer service was very responsive. (read more)

Very good service and I was kept informed at all times on the progress of the repair. The only issue which is minor is that the repairer had to wait for spare to fix the phone. As it was a screen replacement I would have expected that they would have sufficient screens in stock. (read more)

Searched the net for a repair for my wife's iPhone 4 and plumped for iPhone Repairs. Vikki and Rebecca's pop up service are two of the most helpful fronting people I have dealt with always willing to chase and help. After I managed to put my I-Phone through the wash, which I was assured was not totally unusual, my screen wouldn't light up at all. I attempted to dry it out without success. My service provided, not yellow but close, was totally unhelpful, they wanted to charge me a ridiculous amount for a replacement or to buy out the remainder of my contract and then sell me a new contract. I wish I had reviewed this company in more detail before starting any dealings with them - I would have gone elsewhere. I actually asked for iPhone repairs to turn my iPhone 4 red - not to unlock. The live webb chat function is very good as it gives you bang up to date information and help if you need it. I had an iPhone 4 with a home button that wasn't working properly. I checked out this company on the internet and they were well priced compared to others. Had a good chat online with one of their assistants which was helpful. I needed a fast turnaround within 3-4 working days. I posted it on Monday using Special Delivery and it was returned 3 days later on Thursday! The home button works perfectly now. I had a phone that was water damaged and iphone repairs communicated well and provided a quick service. Unfortunately it was not able to be fixed so they sent it back quickly and did not charge me for the work completed. I also asked a number of question on the chat messages and this was also helpful. A very good service that starts with a simple identification of the problem. The fixed price and quick turnaround make this an excellent service. Regular updates keep one up to date with progress. Overall this makes a repair to a phone not enjoyable but at least bearable! (read more)

My iphone was repaired quickly and the comunication was very good. One minor point was that when the phone was returned to me it was left in full view on my doorstep and no signature was obtained. I was pleased with the ease at which I could book in the repair of the device. It was also very good to be kept "In the loop" with the email updates letting me know of the progress. I had looked around for other repair agents in the Sussex area, but all were more expensive. I used this company to repair the charging socket on my Blackberry, to start with, iPhone Repairs co.uk kept saying that they had not received my phone for nearly 10 days even though, Royal mail tracking confirmed that it had been signed for 10 days earlier, then whilst it was it was in their care, I had an alarming call from my banks fraud dept. informing me that a blackberry had unsuccessfully tried several times to access my on line bank account near the area of England by where this... The opportunity online to ask questions about the service to check that you're sending in your phone for the correct repair with almost instant response. Then a full proof system for sending in your phone. Able to contact someone online to check on progress again with a rapid response then the phone was shipped and arrived as promised and the fault had been resolved. Iphone went into the washing machine with the bedding and came out without a glimmer of life. A quick search on the web found your site. Sent phone and had a conformation that you had received the phone and an engineer would be looking at the phone to diagnose the fault. Unfortunatly the washer got the better of the Iphone and it was uneconomical to repair. Customer service was very good, i was always kept informed of the situation and turnaround was very quick. When I smashed the screen on my iPhone I thought getting it fixed was going to be a complete pain. I went into the Apple store where they told me I had to make an appointment and the fix would be expensive. Then someone recommended this website and the whole thing was extremely simple from that point. They received my phone on 16th August 2012 and its now 18th September! Payment was made straight away for a replacement screen,and phone-back,yet after 3 weeks I paid yet more for a new LCD screen as well because I was informed this was faulty too.That was 1 week ago-still no phone.The staff who work for this firm seem unconcerned and act as if its unusual to mind! When ordering a replacement screen the level of stock should be mentioned. If no stock then an email to report stock is in would be good. This would mean that the broken phone could be with the user until the repair can be carried out, and the mimimum time at the repairers. (read more)

Everything went fine, iphone is working, and they did what they said they would. Price was reasonable, and they were good about communication. I had my iphone battery replaced after droping the device inthe water, and they quickly assessed the situation and let me know exactly what needed to be done. Filled out my order and a couple days later sent my phone off with a simple cracked screen, having received my order 2 days before i presumed they would have ordered the part in and would be able to stick to this 'quick turn around time' that they rave about!! Quick and remarkably easy process. I was going to try and repair the iphone myself (smashed screen) using one of those cheap repair kits, however after researching the internet concluded that leaving it to the experts wouldn't cost much more and I would be assured of a guaranteed repair. Great repair and prompt once the parts were in stock. Phono posted Tuesday (special delivery) and returned the following the following Friday (10 days). Other than the fact that they had the phone for 8 days everything else about the service was great including customer support. Would I recommend - yes but don't expect a 24hr service. (read more)

Once they arrived the repair was completed swiftly and sent back to me immediately. The repair time in all was 2 weeks due to the delay in parts arriving. Overall I am happy with the repair service.
