The good thing is that I will not go back to e-printing, the bad news is that everything every single review I have read about the company is saying is true. They take my order and money and keep sending me emails to re upload my artwork even after I had called to confirm that they had received the artwork and that it was being processed. Four days after it was supposed to have been delivered, I am calling to chase them for the status of my work and they cannot identify where the job is... (read more)

I order a LOT of plastic cards and have been using e-printing since last year. In December I was left high & dry after an order turned up a week late. I just made another large order for several thousand cards after giving them another chance. The proofs came thorough and there was a small spelling error. As they had the original PS files I asked them to correct it and send me the new proofs. That was Monday, it's now Thursday evening and STILL no proof. I've found another company. I... (read more)

My company ordered 5000 flyers from this company with a space theme. The flyers were professionally designed by a company we have used several times and had no problems before. The flyers should have been black with white writing on a space themed background.We asked for a proof and it came back fine. when they arrived the backgrounds came out all different shades of grey and appeared with a very dull look. Well actually if their Litho printed which they probally were then just because the colour is black on a computer screen it doesnt always mean it will print back.

Have you checked what CMYK values your designer used?

If you post them I'll check it for you.

I have used this company several times and received excellent quality and service. Although you do need to check your own artwork as they do not offer that service but prices are the best around.

If I only had looked at the reviews before I placed the order. They printed the barcodes much smaller then the proof the send me My barcode reader cannot read it. After jurking me around for a week they told me their proof is irrelevant since they print it in an "industrial standard" format, they refused to take responsibility. What a shame - they just don't respond - even though I have chased them daily by both phone and email. I paid for a 24 hour priority service and 6 days later still haven't received the item AND haven't even been told when it will arrive. Appalling. Steer well clear. (read more)

I used them once many many years ago and the experience was terrible along with the printed business cards. I have heard all sorts of bad things about them over the years, I am surprised they are still trading. Their work is shoddy at best, customer service is non existent. The only thing they have which is seen as a good thing is low prices but you get what you pay for and in this case you get poor printing with no attention to detail and dreadful overall service. Shocking company to deal with - I have had a very similar experience with them. Very poorly printed cards were supplied. My complaint was then IGNORED for 2 months before I was informed that no refund would be forthcoming and that I was in the wrong for suppling 300dpi files rather than 600dpi files - for a 2 inch card? Ridiculous. Although they offered to reprint the cards (an admission of guilt) they have refused to even offer 'store credit' as the cards are no longer required. Am... (read more)

Be careful when using this company! I paid them upfront for a job and they printed it even though I told them they'd made a mistake with it.. When I told them they were about to print a job that hadn't been approved, they ignored me and did it anyway. They then sent me the job, so that I had to pay out again to send it back registered post! I finally got a refund after sending over 30 emails! They weren't just negligent but went out of their way to be as difficult as possible. (read more)
