A salutory warning to anyone thinking of using this company or any of their multiple links on the website. We have lost almost £200 in chasing our money back from this company who take the order,cash the cheque and never deliver the goods ordered.We have issued a CCJ against them,but are unlikely to get any of our funds back(we are a small group in an area of community deprivation in Wales,who were allocated public funds to start up our group ....part of which was to purchase a storage... Having read the last two reviews, and spent £256 of my pension with this company for a Hideaway Desk, following numerous emails, phone calls, live chat messaging, you name it, I've done it, these crooks have taken my money and not supplied my goods either, I totally agree with previous reviewers. Whether you come across them as Dynamic Solutions Group or Cheapofficefurniture.co.uk do not use them. They don't deliver, they don't answer the phone, they don't reply to emails and THEY DON'T GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK. 8 weeks after ordering there was still no desk despite chasing and chasing via the phone and emails. Eventually I cancelled my order and now 4 weeks later they have still not issued a refund. Having to chase for a refund from my credit card company. I'm so disappointed I... (read more)

Am sitting here in tears as this company have stolen my hard earned money. I ordered 2 chairs in April, one arrived quickly from a company called Eliza Tinsley Limited but the other has yet to be delivered. I doubt it ever will. No-one answers the emails, calls or voice mails. I work for a Government department so will be flagging this company up as 'suspect'. I'm gutted. (read more)

I ordered goods with this company 7 weeks ago and have recieved no communication from them despite numerous emails and messages left for them. Now trying to get my money refunded as I have explored every other avenue. Police and trading standards will be notified in due course. (read more)

Despite still offering the furniture I ordered for sale on their website (as at 08/03/12), they took my money in December 2011 and never delivered. I had to get my money back via my credit card company because they wouldn't respond to voice messages or emails. If I could have awarded no stars above, I would have! (read more)

I ordered a mid range Ergonomic office chair (£111.00) from this company and after a couple of months the gas lift started failing. I contacted them and they said they would deal with it. A few days later a box arrived with a part in it, I can only assume this is part of the gas lift mechanism, I emailed them again advising them a part had arrived but where did the chair go to be fixed and they advised me that the guarentee was for parts only.....So I still have a faulty chair but now I... I ordered a computer chair online on 30 December. It had not arrived by 19 January. Then I read these reviews and those on another site and started to worry. I had already sent an email and left 2 phone messages, all with no response. I registered a dispute with Paypal, and, to my surprise had a fairly prompt response from Dynamic. This is probably the worst company I have ever dealt with on the internet and on the phone.
Customer Service is Absolutely Abysmal from this company.
Failed to answer phones.
Failed to answer emails.
Failed to answer messages.
Failed to call back.
Failed to deliver on time.

Cheap Office Furniture a.k.a Dynamic Online LTD.

They sent the wrong item and requested £50 to collect the wrong item they delivered!!!

Really unpleasant to deal business with. Please do not buy from this company. Communication can be poor - if they don't have the answer or if you want them to refund you, they just don't reply to your emails.

This is by far the worst company I have dealt with.

Avoid. Do not pay them a penny! (read more)
