I ordered a Bizley two-drawer filing cabinet on the 17 April 2013 and despite frequent phone calls and emails did not receive it until almost a month later. When it did turn up it was damaged and looked like a second as the doors did not fit or even line up properly! When I phoned to say this was not acceptable, the company would not accept any of the blame themselves even though they admitted that it should have been checked before leaving their factory and just insisted that it was the... I got some office items at reasonable price from here. The office supplies supermarket supplies high quality products. They made some delays in supply but communication was perfect. I like the processing method and surely I will use them again. (read more)

Ordered diaries for 2012 6th December 2011. My 13th January 2012 none have arrived, no one contacted me to advise I won't be getting them and then I am told it's out of stock. Now I can't find any anywhere. Don't use them. (read more)

Brilliant office supplies online store - really easy to find the products i wanted, they were delivered the next day and i saved a packet compared to my usual supplier.

Great site and they had all the stationery i wanted in stock - so good we actually got it next day which was a lot faster than Viking. The checkout process could be improved and took a bit more time that i would have liked but for the cost saving i didn't really mind the extra couple of minutes filling out the forms. (read more)

Good value stationary, I got several packs of paper, some platic pockeets and few packs of pens all for very cheap. Also got a screen filter which was more than I wanted to pay but still cheaper than elsewhere.
They have a lot of products listed on there but some of it can be hard to find.
I ordered from The Office Supplies Supermarket on a Tuesday Morning and received all the items the next day. Items were delivered by a proper delivery man (not fedex or the other ones who seem to lose all...
