We booked a villa through Elegant Destinations, travelling in February this year. The accommodation was dirty, unhygienic and shabby. The maintenance of the property was poor and we were faced with a serious gas leak, whereupon we insisted on being moved. The company moved us to a superior property, the quality being what we initially expected.
This was certainly not an Elegant Destination.
