Ordered my one peice clip in hair extension which cost me £200. I waited around 2-3 months for my hair extension when it states 21 days on their website. I sent them email after email and got no reply until the end of my second month of waiting. They emailed back, as if they had no care in the world and with no apology. I ordered the longest length hair extensions I have seen on the Internet! The super strands 30 inch clip in hair extensions. Some people might thinks thats too long but for me its perfect! My half wig arrived in the post this morning and I'm super happy with super strands. The quality of this hair is second to none. I didn't even up grade the hair to Russian or anything like that either, I chose the standard European hair and it is wonderful. My order took 2 weeks to arrive from the stated 21 days so its arrived early which is a bonus. I was worried if the cap was going to fit as I have a small head but it fits perfectly. Received my Micro loop hair a couple of weeks ago, ive had them in a week and they feel fantastic!! The hair quality is fantastic and they feel so real!! Really didnt want glue-in extensions because my hair isnt the best- its quite thin so glue would have ruined my hair! My stylist had them in within a couple of hours. Thanks Superstrands for these!!! Writing this to say a big thank you to customer service who went completely out of her way to make sure my wig was right for me on my wedding day. As you can imagine I was on edge over whether the hair would arrive on time / whether I was ordering the correct products. We have been trading with super strands for 3 years now. They supply our small chain of hair extension salons in Manchester. We buy several batches of nail tip pre bonds and have never had a problem. The quality has always been consistent which is an important factor us. I ordered the 3/4 wig and have to say its better than it was described. The front part of this 3/4 actually has a lace front so it looks very realistic so I dont even need to hide the join! As others have said yes delivery for super strands is a few weeks but that's only because they hand make the extensions to order. I guess that's the price to pay for having your extensions custom made. I know of another hair company which takes 3-4 months for custom made wigs so I was very happy to get... (read more)

Very happy with my purchase, yes the production times can be several weeks ladies but for having them hand made to my requirements instead of buying ready made sets which as no where near the quality of these I’m very happy. I purchased the 1/2 wig in straight and styled it my self. It holds and curls very easily. DO NOT BUY! I purchased a machine from these and paid for extra 2 days postage, I have waited and waited, been fobbed off with emails, then no replies to any emails. No telephone numbers for the company that work. I then had no choice but to open up a paypal dispute. Guess what they then sent the item out with a tracking number, then a pleasant email from the director saying can I now closed the case as they have sent the item. Received my full lace wig this morning, due to the item price I was relieved it was perfect. Having said that I would gladly pay triple what I paid to wear this over the wig I was given from the NHS. I think all of us who wear them don't want to stress over the fact whether people can tell or not. As I have a fair amount of hair left I could go with the clip on type rather than the glue on type. I ordered a 24" extreme set, omg! There literally is an extreme amount of hair, they are very VERY heavy. I used mine for a photo shoot, the stylist didn’t even use all 10 pieces from the set and my hair was huge and looked amazing. The clips for me are just the right size, the hair quality is lovely. I've been in the hair industry for over 25 years and seen many fads come and go. We have just taken delivery of the superstrands ultrasonic hair machine and can say its a breath of fresh air. Its not often I change what Im used to, but non heat fusion technology really sets the bar up high on pre bond application methods. Our Salon girls now fight over who gets to use it so we shall be ordering more. Anyone else in the trade who is considering one don’t delay. (read more)

Thanks for the great 3/4 wig I received the other day. Ive never used one before and was a bit nervous because it was so important to me that the hair looked as natural as possible! It really does and I just love how it feels - its just so natural looking and the colour is perfect. It really does add that extra bit of sparkle and makes me feel fantastic!! I bought one of the fringes. I have to say for £15.99 i really wasn't expecting much! But, to be fair they are pretty realistic. Once id worked out how to style my hair around it I can now get it looking natural takes a bit of practice and experimenting though. Its quite funny to see yourself with an instant fringe. Nice to see someone catering for us African American girls, Ive was having trouble blending normal the normal european hair to my own simply because Im not of European origin! This african american range really blends in well and is very much like my own hair. I've curled the hell out if it and it copes with handling the heat well. Will definitly be coming back for more. Loved my one piece I received. many thanks for all your help choosing the right hair for me. Even if I do say so myself I look amazing! The quality of the hair is so lovely and easy to style for different looks. I usually use 10 piece sets but decided on the one piece because it looks so easy to put in. Must say it really is easy no fussing or messing like the pieces. In the mornings before work I dont have to get up quite so early to put the hair in, bonus really coz I now get a lie in!! Just taken delivery of my full lace wig and I'm really pleased. I can't tell you how much of a relief it is to replace my NHS with a super strands wig! Its so realistic looking Ive stopped worrying about wearing one. Its very secure too with clips, and straps. I upgraded to Brazilian hair which is super soft. I will definitely be recommending this wig to others. I'm also going to try and get the NHS to order this wig for me on prescription if possible. (read more)

I purchased 2 sets of the standard 20 inch clip ins. They are horrible!!! Very, very dry the ends are all split. Whatever products they use to treat the hair made my head itch really bad and the clips are huge, cheaply made and don't hold your hair well. I contacted them regarding my issues and they basically said that their product wasn't the cause of my head itching and the fail to take blame for any of my claims. Really loved this company. I really wasn't sure about ordering hair extensions online but they really helped me choose which hair was best for me. When i received the hair it wasn't quite the right colour, so when i got in contact with them and explained they were more then happy to exchange. Now the hair is perfect. I bought the 20 inch 200g 10 piece set, off black and i am very happy with it. First of all the customer service is great. If you have any question, they will answer you in 24 hours and help you a lot. Other customer services of clip in extensions were really poor. The hair quality is fine i feel. I purchased the 20" clip in extensions and was quite disapointed. The hair is course and sheds alot when brushed. Also, the clips are a bit too big and i worry people will notice them. I have used other hair extensions before such as HeadKandy, they are the same price but the quality is better. (However as they discontinued my colour i thought i'd try Superstrands.) Just recived my order which was a 1 piece hair extension and im in love, i was woried it might not have been thick enough before i placed my order but theres no chance of that! i cant belive how much hair there is for the price I paid! They came packaged in a black type gift box with a pink ribbon :-) so they would make a nice gift if not for your self. I love the clip in hair extensions from this site, lovely hair and you get loooads in the 10 piece quad weft set, so much that i dont even need to use all the pieces! My only gripe with this site is that the 26 inch always sells out too quickly when it comes back in stock its sold out within minutes so I always end up buying the 20 inch which they seem to have a regular stock of, other than that its a thumbs up from me :-) (read more)

I ordered a quad weft set which i'm really pleased with, ive never seen a quad weft clip in set before, its got 4 weaves stitched together to make them really thick, Ive been ordering extensions for years and the most ive seen is double wefted, so the quad weft is really quite genius. The hair is very good quality in comparison to other better known brands ive used. I will be back! (read more)

I bought a full wig from this site, its gorgeous and everyones been commenting on how nice my hair looks :-) if only they knew hey lol. Its got clips as well as a strap to keep it more than secure which has given me alot of confidence to wear it and do even the most vigorous of activities without worrying about it slipping. Free nextday shipping on the order was also great, I live in the US and this companys based in the UK!

One word AWFUL company. Very happy to take your money and not happy to deal with you afterwards. The hair was very very poor quality, lots of grey hairs in it. The hair is not natural but dyed and processed which makes it very dry and tangled. After 3 wears it was so matted and tangled i couldnt wear it. I opted for one of their more expensive ones pieces / half wigs, I now couldnt live with out it! Huge amounts of hair that looks soft and silky!
I havnt taken it out yet and i dont think i ever will. Like the other review above I also recived it next day so no complaints at all from me here.

Beautiful hair extensions at an affordable price. I go for superstrands.com clip in sets. The last set i bought lasted over 6 months and thats after i had worn then dailey and used and abused them. Most other brands last weeks with the stress I put them under but not these! The extensions arrived nextday after my order so i really cant say a bad word against them (read more)

With so many hair extensions to choose from I came accross superstrands.com, the prices were the cheapest ive seen for hair extensions, at just 35 pounds for a 7 piece 20" 90-100g clip in set you cant really go wrong. The quality of the hair in my opinion is better than that of the extensions which have have cost me 150+. With the added bonus my hair arrived next day. I recommend superstands.com to everyone.
