What a pleasurable experience it is to order this book, with personalised and impressive attention to detail from Emma and Debbie. The book itself is wonderful, full of fun with lots of personal information built in seamlessly, with lovely illustrations and a fun story. The beautiful way it was wrapped and sent with an accompanying gift card (even that linked to the family labrador) made it fantastic value for money. This book is by far and away the best £15.00 i have ever spent on my 4 year old! It really is a delight to read and best of all my daughter LOVES it (especially the page where a picture of her face beams out) Thankyou so so much for a truly wonderful book. (read more)

An absolutely amazing book, I have ordered twice already, both times it was a pleasant experience, and most importantly the book looks GORGEOUS! A truly great gift (or get for your own children), a book to treasure. The quality is superb, the details about the child him/herself are fun and the buying experience very friendly and efficient. Wow! This book is fantastic. It is funny, charming and a joy for both reader and listener. My cousins Kiwi daughter will love the fact that she is the star and her cousins are her companions in the story. The service was incredibly personal and the additional questions I was asked via email made the content even more personal than I could ever imagined.... doing the Haka to scare the dragon was shere genius!! I ordered this book for my daughter's 1st birthday and it is absolutely amazing. The storey is lovely and is so personalised that I know my daughter will treasure it as she gets older. The time and effort that obviously goes into making each book personal puts standard "fill in the blanks" type books to shame. Wow - What a fantastic book - Oi! Stop Eating the Roses by Snapdragon Books. My son was given this very special book by my Aunt for Christmas and he just loves being the star of the book, and that it includes his 3 brothers, it's a fantastic story. Great concept and fantastic value for money. Emma and her colleague are absolutely lovely and the speed of delivery surprised me, very efficient. I was given a book like this in the early 70s in Montreal when I was very small and I still have it, it was one of the best presents I had as a kid. Completely opens your imagination when you're actually the subject of the story being read to you. Looking forward to more great stories from the Snapdragon stable soon... (read more)

I am really delighted with this book from Snapdragon Books. The service was excellent - I submitted the order on Tues received an email from the authors (Emma and Debbie) on Wedn asking more questions (so that they could personalise the book further), I responded to that on Thurs and it was sent out to me on Friday (received the following day).
