I completely agree with the previous review. Beetroot with apple (and horseradish) really is extremely good and quite a unique flavour combination. Works wonderfully though. I've also tried two of the other soups in the range - a classic pea & mint and the sweet potato, carrot & ginger. I buy them regularly and can't recommend them highly enough.

All low in fat, certainly satisfying, hugely flavoursome but not too rich to tuck in to through the summer months. Looking forward to trying the... (read more)

I had this soup for the first time today, the colour is a deep beetroot purple so you've got to make sure not to get any on your clothes. But I've got to say it tastes very fresh and clean. You wouldn't normally say a soup is refreshing but some how this is.

Would definitely buy it again! (read more)
