This was the first time I've used the site after a long and painful trek around the various bathroom stores. The taps were 20% cheaper even after postage and packing and arrived the next day exactly as the customer service rep said. Ordered a cloakroom washstand. The first delivery was on time but with the wrong item. Called customer service and it took them another 3 days to tell me when the redelivery would be. When the second delivery came, it took the driver half and hour to locate the items. In short, very poor logistics service! Like the NHS, it does the job as long as you are happy to wait. (read more)

I was very happy with the quality of the items ordered. However, it took weeks and weeks to get all the items dispatched. Once dispatched, the chosen couriers (DPD) failed to deliver twice due to dubious excuses (order was rejected by a name I have never heard of, and that I had allegedly moved house). Delivery was prompt amd on schedule and although delivery charge seems very expensive, cost of product was cheaper than I could find elsewhere so over all good value. I researched this stool because I wanted something in the bathroom on which to place my clothes so I don't have to bend down so much because of back pain. I didn't want a product that looked like an 'aid' and this seemed perfect. When the stool arrived it was slightly smaller than I expected but this didn't matter, it was easy to assemble althought the supplied allen key didnt quite fit so I simply put the legs on without using it which has been fine. Phoned customer services to check if goods really were in stock and if they could be delivered the following week, customer service lady (Stevie) was very friendly and extremely helpful, she called the suppliers to check and phoning me straight back to confirm an exact day for delivery already. Website could do with some work (forgets the basket contents after just minutes) but the lady said they knew about that and were working on it.

You need an order tracking system with your suppliers. There must be a way for them to clue you into their tracking process. Very frustrating not to receive goods as promised on Friday and then not on Saturday and then had to ring on Monday and they finally arrived on Tuesday. I was working to a Saturday night deadline for guests arriving to use the two new bathroom. Very competitive pricing. Website needs some work through, lots of clicking, no intuative filters. Can't view all items in a category for instance, can't sort by price. They should also consider integrating PayPal as a payment option.
