I booked a holiday to Portugal for my husband's 50th for 11 people and I should have known there were going to be issues when I had to chase our paperwork with 6 phonecalls but even when we did have it via email the details were still wrong!!! Found what we wanted online but the price didn't include baggage so we rang up and spoke to Robbie (agent 111) who looked at everything for us and did the complete booking including baggage and transfer costs. Very easily sorted out. Everything on the holiday went very smoothly from checking in to finding our transfer bus at Palma (Mallorca) and the return journey was the same. this is the worst holiday so far you tell your people your disabled and they send you to a place thats all hilly the place to eat is up hill all the way the bungalow was a very tatty ROOM with a deviding door to next so called bungalow the food was cold and all meats covered in sauses. eggs one morning pancakes the next bread hard. had to heat food up in baby micro wave every day. all activities were up hill. even the place said they were only two star not what we asked for there was even...
