FOUND A HOLIDAY ON HOLIDAYGEMS WEBSITE. AMAZED AT THE PRICE SEEMED TO GOOD TO BE TRUE. NEVER BOOKED LIKE THIS BEFORE ALWAYS GONE TO LOCAL TRAVEL AGENT.WE PHONED FIRSTLY TO IRON OUT DETAILS AND ANSWER OUR CONCERNS. THEY WERE SO GOOD AND LISTENED AND UNDERSTOOD. On both occasions they insisted only baggage would be added after the booking however on both occasions they raised the price of the holidays. A fantastic holiday deal booked for a short city break to Prague. i have never booked a holiday over the phone before. He answered all of my queries in a friendly manner and did not give me the impression he wanted to rush me, nice for a young person to seem to care. Have to say that the staff are extremely helpful and really made everything simple when I needed to change my accommodation - and it included two separate bookings! My only quibble would be that the flights had increased on both occasions, incurring more expense, so even though it was still a good deal, i spent more than anticipated. Once the holiday was booked it all went smoothly. There was no problems with the flights, transfer or hotel. Getting it all booked is where I had all the trouble. We looked online found a holiday we liked and booked it. The next day we get a phone call saying we need to pay a further £200 because the flight prices have gone up.
