I booked a holiday through holiday gems and my agent has been brilliant. I received all conformation etc on the flights and accommodation.then on the 15th of may I was sent an e mail regarding problems with the accommodation. I e mailed them back on the 16th regarding my new accommodation I was offered and she sorted it along with my transfer . excellent service and I will certainly be using holiday gems again. So far all is good, when looking for flights and hotels found it easy to access what hotels met your budgets and ideal to find out information about the hotel with pictures and reviews from people that have stayed at the hotel. The website was simple and easy to book the holiday which you wanted.
