“Where do i start, poor service, cramped, dark...”

Where do i start, poor service, cramped, dark restaurant and undercooked food. The starter was actually okay but the chips that came with our main must have been thrown straight out of the fryer onto the plate, they were coated in grease with all the oil swimming on the bottom of our plates. I tried to mop it up with my napkin and my napkin was soaked and oil was still covering everything else on my plate. I asked for a new plate and got exactly the same back again.
