“Terrible company and even worst cusomer service”

Besides the orders taking ages to arrive. Items that you ordered suddenly go out of stock and get cancelled then suddenly appear online after only a few days. Customer services are useless and give same trained reply in every single email. Sizes have changed too, was always getting size 12 with them I now have to go size or two up. And the whole process of exchange is a headache as well.

“More training required”

Having queued up and waited to be served by a member of staff at my nearest ( but not very local) click and collect shop I was then told to wait for someone else to serve me. This is the third time this has happened. When I asked the sales assistant why he couldn't help me he said "I don't know what to do" Very disappointed as I assumed all sales assistant would be trained to look for a parcel, scan the item and then ask for me to as this is very similar to the job they currently do. I appreciate this service means I don't have to pay for delivery but as a minimum I do feel this service should be the same high quality service I receive for home delivery and when I speak to a member of La Redoute staff on the telephone

“Never Again”

I ordered mainly baby clothes, leggings, trousers and tops. The order took much longer than expected to arrive so I rang to cancel it as I was annoyed. They would not cancel my order saying it was being processed. The customer service left much to be desired, the woman was snappish and unhelpful. The order came in 3 lots on 3 different days the first taking 11 working days to be delivered. Payment was also taken out in 3 different transactions! I also received in each package far too many circulars! The quality of the clothing was very very poor and I have returned most of it. Am sill waiting for my refund. Rang again to see how long it would take it has already been 7 days. Could be up to 14 days before it is processed. Terrible, I will never shop there again and have been telling friends and family to give them a swerve!! I really wish I had researched them better and not just assumed they would be as easy to deal with as other outlets.

“Slow delivery, poor customer service, poor status...”

I should have NOT given this company a second chance. Lessons learnt. Very slow delivery - 3 weeks later and none of my items have arrived. Very uninformative My Account page - I tried to find out info to "track" my order only to see a list of items I'd ordered and when I'd ordered it (information I already have) - no other information/status of order provided. Poor customer service - spoke to customer service agent who couldn't tell me where or when my items would be delivered or what stage they were at - he only said "it SHOULD arrive soon". Poor/lack of systems in place - items were cancelled from my order due to out of stock but I was never informed by email as other companies do. Customer service called me after a few email complaints to tell me the stock was now in supply if I would like to order it by phone. I did and guess what? I received an auto email a few days later saying the same item could not be fullfilled as it was out of stock! Their sister company Verbaudet has much better systems in place and more friendly and helpful customer service agents. Just wish they would stop promoting La Redoute.

Have placed 3 orders now. Some of the items were out of stock which you don't know until the order actually arrives with a note saying what's not coming.

Website is easy to use - clear details of your account.

Not too keen on the delivery charge but can reconcile it in my head as the products are pretty cheap and can make some serious bargains.

Some of the sizes are a bit squiffy.

On the whole I'm continuing to shop here - all seems pretty good so far.

service unacceptable. was waiting for more than 4 weeks, unable to contact them as they always seem to experience "technical problems", useless vouchers, useless return. I just went to the post office to sent the whole order back as products were of the poorest quality. Waited for their courier for 2 weeks and just decided to sent them back by myself. i hope that i will get my money back eventually--never use again.

I've done 3 orders now, and it took a lot of complaint to get the two first. the last one has been done two month ago and still nothing. During one month, I tried to contact them by phone and via the contact link, and the answers remain very unclear. But, of course, they debit my money within the first week. I'm flooding the "contact link" every day since one week, and I don't even have an answer (just a confirmation of reception..they'll contact me within the next 48h...) !

let's talk about the vouchers. they are totally unusefull. They can not be used on a uge amount of products. the criteria for application are very complicated, and not clear at all. If the product is eligible for a voucher, we have to find the catalogue references, as the references from the website are not reconized.

I ordered two items and was told to expect them in 5-10 days. I was not allowed to send them to my work address but I couldn't take 5-10 days off work so I was hoping the delivery people would leave a card.

I didn't receive a card and I wrote to La Redoute requesting the opportunity to rearrange delivery. I was then told to wait another 2-4 days as they should be with me soon. They did not arrive. I went to a competitor and received my order at work the next day.

I will not be ordering from La Redoute again and I would never recommend them. The customer service is appalling!
