Hi it was so easy and quick ,the gentleman I spoke to (sorry I can't remember his name) was first class, nothing was a problem, he was very polite and knew what he was doing, he promised to call me back within 25min's and 25min's later he was on the phone. Dear Firefox786,

As we have said in several e-mail responses and on other feedback sites, we are genuinely sorry that you remain dissatisfied however at no point in any of the calls with our staff did you ask about an indoor pool. If you had asked we could have contacted the hotel to confirm for you.
We have no control over a hotel's right to reserve or refuse admission or use of facilities for children or for any other reason or due to health and safety, this is for a hotel to decide on their own property and if this is something that is so critical for you holiday, you could have asked the operator that booked your holiday prior to confirming your booking.
Once again, I want to reiterate how sorry we are that you remain so unhappy and that we have lost your business especially as you have booked with us several times.

I wanted to check on that company (reviews mixed up and most of the good ones propably posted by the company itself),so i gave them a call.An agent picked up,very chearful,polite and ready to be of service!Wow, thats my kind of people.brilliant! ( i wish ).. “Worst hotel I've been to.”

I went abroad to turkey on the 29th July till the 12th August I stayed in the Rota Samoy. I arrived at the hotel and got my room around 20minutes later. When I got my room it was disgusting the shower was full of grime, human hair, plug sockets hanging off walls, a t.v bracket with no t.v on , dirty hand prints all over the walls , dirty towels and dead cockroaches on the floor. It doesn't matter if he/she complains. Your customer relations manager Caryn does nothing but attempt to pass the buck for this company and it's failings. Yet the negative reviews keep on coming. If you know your providers are bad the. It is the companies duty to provide better accommodation providers!

I also stayed in Rota Samoy last July but I had a fantastic time. The staff were great and so friendly. Of course that was not a five star hotel but we have never had to buy our own drinks or had a dirty room. I do not understand why people want to punish these kind of hotels all the time however they paid peanuts. If you want to have a great time with a small budget just go to Rota Samoy with an open mind.

I booked last minute a deal to Lanzarote for my family, myself, husband and 2 girls under 5, they had the cheapest offers available and I checked a lot of online companies and shops. I was a bit worried as they were so much cheaper but friends have booked with them before and said they were safe. “Money grabbing!! Ruined a family holiday ”

Purple travel sold me a family holiday costing me nearly £2100. to be sold a holiday that didn't meet the criteria of what the website told me also not to be told 90% of the hotel was shut!!!! Also very quiet hotel meant to be a lively hotel!!!! Now made a complaint and surprise surprise they are taking their time in getting back to me!!! Don't bother complaining go straight to ABTA as Caryn will just try to convince you it's is the adult of the accommodation provider. Not acknowledging the fact that it is them who choose these providers despite constant complaints.

Never again, we got carted around 3 inbetweeners hotels that a random man walked into our room one night, there was no safety. I see that your booking is linked to another which is also waiting on a response from the hotel supplier.
In your booking for 2 guests, you have been offered 10% of the original hotel cost as compensation for being moved hotels. I can see that you have already replied to our Customer Relations team to advise you are unhappy with this offer and it will be sent back to the hotel supplier for reconsideration.
I’m sorry that you remain unhappy but the best course of action is to continue correspondence with our team via e-mail and we hope that we will be able to get a satisfactory response for you.

I booked a holiday to turkey with this company as it was the only one who still claimed to have availability in the hotel of my choice. Upon arriving at the airport the flight was delayed by over two hours (admittedly no fault of purple travel) so by the time we arrived at our hotel it was almost 3 in the morning local time and everyone was very tired. I am extremely unhappy and more so that purple travel seem to be trying to pass the buck and blame bedswithease. Well I didn't book with them, I booked with you and expect you to ensure everything went ahead and that you use trusted companies who provide a half decent service as I see these issues have been raised by other people. As for conducting an investigation to find out what happened, I fail to see how you do not already know since she claimed to have spoken to the provider already during my holiday.

I am willing to wait however yes I am angry. My whole holiday was ruined, my son was terrified and what should have been a nice first family holiday turned into a horrible experience we all wish we never entered into.
