Hotel was mis marketed on the website. Turned up expecting 4/5 star. It was barely 3! Images used were OLD PHOTOS and from the actual 4 star hotel next door!!! Returned from holiday tired, stressed,. We were not the only ones! Was offerred to look into moving hotels halfway through the holiday. This is the 3rd Hays Group operator we've had issues with. Purple Travel were by far the worst. I tryed to take my family away on holiday. After paying for two sleeping areas for my partner, child and myself we have been allocated a double bed in a room. After a clerical error on their behalf we were told we can change hotels, only to be charged extra to move. Their website says £915 for the three of us however on the phone I am told its £1180. Hi,
I understand you have been dealing with our customer service team, as all our calls were recorded we were able to listen and confirm that no error was made on our part with your original booking. The room that you requested, was what was booked and our customer service agent has contacted the hotel to confirm the bedding arrangements.
We advised that if you give us permission, you can nominate any other person on the booking to act as lead passenger, which you did and we were speaking with the other passenger on the booking to now look at a totally different hotel. Unfortunately an amendment will generally cost more as administration fees are also now part of the cost.
I am sorry to hear that you remain unhappy with the service we have provided, I can see that our team has genuinely tried to assist you and continues to do so by looking for an alternative accommodation as you are unhappy with the original one you have booked.

We do have a call center in Athens and an office in the UK. We are also a member of Hays Travel Group which has offices based in Sunderland. We are also registered members of ABTA (Association of British Travel Agents) and abide by their code of conduct. There is no mention in your comments about any problem, is there an issue with your booking that you are unhappy with our service? Called this company off of Icelolly gave them my card details then they phone back asked for more and more money. Made me feel trapped into a corner. Finally after making 6 calls of complaints and explaining if I didn't get my money back I would come pay them a visit (not what I would have done just so frustrated) the person on the other end informed me I couldn't as they were all in Athens!!!. “Started off good and went downhill rapidly”

Last minute call for a next day holiday, not expecting much but got offered a cheap holiday. Took the opportunity to look up the hotel after given good reports, reviews ok, took the offer plus transfers. Operator was fantastic and could not fault, flight boarding excellent and smooth. Transfer to hotel very poor, had to wait over a hour at Corfu airport and totally disappointed with the hotel. I dont normally write reviews but I have had a great experience with this company and wanted to share. The girl I was dealing with went above and beyond to help us find a holiday that suited our needs, calling us back with options sending us pictures and info on hotel facilities etc. Everything was sent via email and we just printed out all the vouchers. We booked through purple travel. Sales person was lovely. Service fast and efficient. We flew with ryanair and usually need to print boarding passes. They done it for us and emailed the boarding passes to us. They even emailed us the return boarding passes. Would recommend them… Read Full Review

Booked a holiday with Costa, who was very helpful and whom I have no issue with. Although they took my deposit, but told me they would ring me back in the morning to confirm the flights because it was too late to book them (10:30pm). I was told they would ring back at 9 am. Hi it was so easy and quick ,the gentleman I spoke to (sorry I can't remember his name) was first class, nothing was a problem, he was very polite and knew what he was doing, he promised to call me back within 25min's and 25min's later he was on the phone. Dear Firefox786,

As we have said in several e-mail responses and on other feedback sites, we are genuinely sorry that you remain dissatisfied however at no point in any of the calls with our staff did you ask about an indoor pool. If you had asked we could have contacted the hotel to confirm for you.
We have no control over a hotel's right to reserve or refuse admission or use of facilities for children or for any other reason or due to health and safety, this is for a hotel to decide on their own property and if this is something that is so critical for you holiday, you could have asked the operator that booked your holiday prior to confirming your booking.
Once again, I want to reiterate how sorry we are that you remain so unhappy and that we have lost your business especially as you have booked with us several times.
