The web site was really easy and clear toi use, I found the product at a sensible price, and when I bought the first one the delivery was amazingly quick. Unfortunately I found I then needed a second similar item. I ordered this on Monday 25th March and I'm told it's been lost so I won't get one now until Wednesday 3rd April. Unfortunately I had to chase for an update, rather than being rung back. (read more)

The ordered Cheriton fireplace was tracked using your carrier UPS's website, we tried many times to register to receive updates on our delivery by text, it never worked, no texts, we couldn't contact UPS as it was an American website, and reading small print Vodaphone did not appear as one of the networks they operated with, the ones named I believe were all American mobile networks.We checked the web page frequently hoping to get a timeslot when our item would be delivered, their only clue... sent 3 blue MR16's... when fitted they did not work... tried other bulbs in same sockets without problem to confirm this was a defective item. e-counter ignored two emails, requiring me to call, at which point they agreed to send replacements... which arrived and didn't work! Rang again, they tried to suggest it was a problem with my transformer, which it could not possibly be as existing bulbs (used elsewhere)of same model worked in sockets without an issue, eventually agreed to send three... For price of postage, item was expected next working day or at least day after, but it took several days to arrive. This is not major, but this was not clear on the webiste when ordered and therefore would have prefered to pay only a second class postage charge for a second class service. I wish I had taken their, (Adma's) great advice, which I only took advantage of after I purchased the product. The product was in perfect order and delivery was super fast...it was a purchasing mistake on my part. I bought a delonghi dem10 dehumidifier which looked like a refurbished one when it turned up promptly. This was very disappointing as I had bought a brand new one. It made an industrial noise when turned on which may be the reason why it was returned. Customer service arranged a swap pretty pronto and I have a new one which works fine.
