Awful experience.... Second time in a row. Consistently bad service. My shipping took so long that I actually ran out of contact lenses and cannot drive or work. I usually give myself enough time to factor in time for shipping delays as well..... But clearly I need to factor in at least three weeks.... Who takes three weeks to deliver contact lenses!?!? Second time in a row it happened to me with this company and I was assured that it would never happen again the first time and so I continued as a customer. Still, no compensation or even a voucher or anything to say sorry. Instead, they do it again! Lost not only one customer, but also the three other customers I referred to you as we are all shopping elsewhere now. Needless to say. I still haven't received my contact lenses.... Save your money and sanity and shop elsewhere.

I have ordered 6 times from this company. Every single time there is something wrong with the order. Either lenses are missing or the order is defective and I have to spend a week trying to speak to someone about it. The best they can ever do is offer 10% off the next order which at their rate of mistakes must be costing the company quite a bit. No wonder they are selling using Groupon the business is going down. I have decided to stop ordering from them because even though they have "Penny" the "Customer Service Rep" all she does is cover their back..not in any way understanding what Customer Service is. I would never order from them again.
