I ordered 8 plugs and heard nothing for a week. I tried calling several times but to no avail, however, as soon as I sent an email it was answered very quickly. My plants arrived the next day and were in superb condition and very well packaged with a wonderful book about chillies! In summary, I don't think WoC respond too well to phone calls but respond very quickly to emails and provide a first class product. I would recommend them to anyone.

Some other reviews have mentioned the time scale of delivery being a little bit longer than advertised, but our chilli plugs arrived this morning only a week late and they look fantastic with great packaging, would 100% use them again.

seeds arrived the next day with ace book. followed instructions and got good germination. plants merrily growing, cant wait for th crop!

I too was concerned about the delivery of my order and even more concerned when I saw some of the other reviews. The web site was not functioning so I became even more worried but when checked today it was working correctly again. I received an email in response to mine within the hour telling me that the order had been shipped last week. If it was not delivered on this day to let them know and they would immediately send the order again. The parcel arrived via the postman within the hour of their reply, perfectly packed and what I had ordered, I need not have worried. I have already recommended the World of Chillies to my family and will continue to use them. Ordered 30th October delivered 10th November

I feel a lot of the reviews on here are misleading and should be ignored. After placing my order I then looked up the reviews and immediately regretted ordering from this company as many people had said payment had been taken then nothing turned up etc. I was convinced I'd bought from a scam website. I emailed the same as others and didn't here a response straight away BUT did get a response and my packaged had been lost,They proved this with a copy of the delivery note they resent out the same day and I received the following day. The parcel was worth the wait. It was wrapped in absolutely lovely packaging and the gift hamper was exactly what I wanted I would purchase again from this website in the future and recommend to friends too

really nice looking website with lots of info. i ordered some of the insanely hot chilli plants on offer. they arrived within a week. much larger plants than i expected, really bushy with massive leaves, arrived in really good condition. got a free book into the bargain! packaging had got squashed a bit in the post but plants were fine.
