i ve used these guys on a number of occasions over the last few years. Mostly for plant related items, seeds and plants. I have bought plants from a number of companies before over many years and none have come up to this standard. (They have always been a big leggy, limp and disappointing) so when I came across these a couple of years ago i bought a greenhouse full. this year plants were slow to come but to be fair it was still winter in april and i think a lot of companies struggled. ... Well i ordered 3 plugs to actually just check the quality and then was looking to put in a huge order for a few clients as the website has a large range and is good value. One i paid i got not further emails or contact. I emailed them with my order details and asked a out my order. Again nothing for a week. Then yesterday i received and email. I ordered plugs and seeds from this company to the sum of nearly 26 pounds i live in france they said that was no problem, which it obviuosly was, as i still havent recieved my seeds (i did get my plugs after many emails and left messages) they never answer the phone or reply to emails im very angry that they can rip us off like this theyve taken the payment in full ages ago i would not recomend these people to anyone and i will be taking this further, these pple must be stopped (read more)
“Better companies out there”

World of Chillies is a pretty poor company in so many ways. -I have (stupidly) bought seeds from them two years running, the germination rates of their seeds are very low. -I bought some Yellow 7 Pot seeds from them this year and not one of them germinated. -So I thought I'd buy plants from them instead. At first they could post to Europe but now they've changed the rules and won't post to Eu. -Trying to contact them is a complete waste of time. -The website is impossible to navigate due... I have ordered from this website for a few years now, plants and seeds. The quality of both products have been excellent and on my latest order of seeds I even got 2 extra packets for free......human error or generosity...I'm certainly not complaining! (read more)

i initially only ordered 1 pack of seeds (trinidad scorpion). it arrived a few days later complete with the book you were meant to only get when you ordered 3 packs (really useful). i followed the instructions and 9/10 seeds germinated and are growing nicely. i had read that growing chillies can be tricky but it all seems to be going ok. i actually ordered a couple more packets of different varieties and got another book (which i will give to a friend). so far i'm really pleased. going... Just order a few packet of seeds. Ordered mugs etc and nothing and no replies. Very frustrating. Try to contact them and see what I'm talking about. Don't risk any large amount. (read more)

Really wish that I had read the reviews of this site before placing an order. Like some of the other customers, I placed my order only to realise that nothing had been sent out, payment was taken out of my account as well. On trying to get in touch with the company I had no such luck, I tried calling the number on the website and all I got was constant ringing, left a message on the answer machine with my name and number and no-one called me back, then I tried the contact form and never got... Ordered the worlds hottest chillies in a tin. Insane Put kust 1 into our meal but couldnt eay it. Try a 1/2. Arrived within couple days and came with nice free book! Will prob go back for. More chillies again. Fancy the habaneros. (read more)

“nice healthy plants”

really nice looking website with lots of info. i ordered some of the insanely hot chilli plants on offer. they arrived within a week. much larger plants than i expected, really bushy with massive leaves, arrived in really good condition. got a free book into the bargain! packaging had got squashed a bit in the post but plants were fine. I placed an order three months ago and despite numerous phone calls, email contact forms and leaving voicemails I have neither received my plants nor a refund. When I call the number given on the website it just rings and rings without ever being answered. There was an answer machine message early on in the process but that no longer kicks in. I was taken in by the very professional looking website but I wish I had read the reviews before parting with my cash. I'm livid that nobody has... (read more)

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience about World of Chillies. I ordered several seed combos from them with delivery request to Slovakia which have never been arrived. I payed for the goods and received an official receipt about the payment, but received nothing as return for my money. I tried to contact them via phone, where I found only voice mail without any options to move forward except to leave my name and number which they have never used to call me back, or the phone just simply... still waiting on a order for over 2 weeks and getting rather angry, its impossible to contact them as they dont have a working phoneim feeling the only thing to do is take legal action against them.take the warning dont order from them

What a great site! Great to look at and easy to navigate, with lots of useful growing information for a new comer to chillies like me. I ordered three packets of chilli seeds which was effortless using my PayPal account - no need to enter any personal details. The seeds were delivered quickly and beautifully presented in sparkly silver and gold packets! I was surprised to receive a free copy of the 'Little book of Chillies' even though my order didn't meet the £10 minimum order... (read more)
