Ordered on line mid afternoon Wednesday and delivered next morning. Well packaged. Great to be able to order a BBQ cover from an old model, despite it being more expensive than the RRP. Still, weber didnt ahve them in stock and there was no where else to get them from until the end of June apart from buy overseas and ship. I wouldnt swap to another cover manufacturer as our last one has lasted 8 years through snow, sun and rain so cant complain! (read more)

I ordered a barbecue from Wowbbq and when it arrived I found that the lid had a bad dent in it (a fault of the manufacturer). I rang them and they promised to replace the lid. Later I tried to assemble the rest of the barbecue - only to find another manufacturer's fault, this time with the base. I rang again and within 36 hours Wowbbq had replaced both the lid and base no questions asked. The staff at Wowbbq were extremely helpful. Having bought a specific item from this company, I wanted to return it for a higher priced item and call their offices. The chap who I spoke to siad that he would discuss this with a colleague and get back to me the following day - more than a month has passed and I have heard nothing .... needless to say this is the last purchase that I will make with this company. They do have good products at good prices (not always the cheapest!) but after sales care and customer satisfaction are key... (read more)

I had been struggling to find the Weber Pizza Stone that works with the Gourmet System locally, I contacted Weber directly via Twitter and they highly reccomended WOWBBQ and they had checked stock availability, I ordered the product which was the best price online and also cheaper than buying in a retail outlet, I noticed there was a delivery charge because the spend was below the free delivery criteria so I treated us to the Kebab set too! also very good price! My new Weber Spirit 310 was ordered just before 3 pm and delivered the next morning - brilliant! The price was the best I could find, and I'm sure they will honour their promise to beat any cheaper price you can find - just don't waste too much time searching! The Weber cover which I had ordered at the same time developed a series of cracks along the original fold lines within only two weeks, but a replacement was immediately sent off, arriving the following day. No answer to email regarding the date for delivery. I was looking for a Weber One Touch Premium so, having looked at Weber's website (Webersite, I guess) I went along to one of their "Partner Stores" who are supposed to have all products and trained staff. They had neither, nor anything in stock. So I tried WowBBQ and am expecting my Weber tomorrow, saving more than £50 on the Partner Store price. Nice.
