This product is designed to heat red wine and cool white wine, however although it was set for 18 degrees it never reached beyond 12 which was the ambient temperature of the room. There didn't seem to be any capability to warm the red wine within the appliance. We assumed there was a fault and an engineer deemed that it was unuseable and agreed that it should be replaced.
