The cat kennel was excellent value. Extremely well made and large enough for the cat to move around in. Service was great and it came earlier than expected. Packaged well. Cannot fault the service or the product and the cat loves it.

I had never shopped with The Pet Express before but I can't think why they provided with a fantastic service after my regular supplier let me down, needless to say they are now my preferred shop now for my dogs things.

No issues. Very easy and fast service with a great selection. I struggle to get the Salmon Arden Granger near me and they could not match the price that Pet Express provide it for. Easy to repeat order the same product and it usually turns up within days.

I was very happy to be able to purchase the order as I was having great difficulty getting the product which my dog loves ( and he is pretty fussy!) The price was great and the postage very reasonable and delivery was very quick! I've been using this site for a while now and am always pleased with the ease of ordering even down to the fact the I have a reminder email letting me know that we are getting close to the end of my dogs food. The site is very easy to use and the delivery couldn't be easier, very quick delivery and giving me the opportunity to leave a note for the delivery driver if either the date or time is not convenient. I would recommend this company to my friends and family for all the above reasons.
