debt Advisory rang me to ask if I would like help with my debts. They told me a lot about how the company works. my husband and I accepted help. everyone I spoke to were very friendly people. we called them as the number came up on money supermarket as we we're refused a loan. so i called them spent about an hour on the phone. They have cold called me twice and on each occasion a man has been incredibly rude. Once calling me an ignorant woman and today saying he was going to end the call as I sounded so disinterested and was very sarcastic. Very rude I'd never use them

Why is it only good reviews are printed? My experience of Debt Advisory Line is quite differnet to the glowing reviews I have read here. It has been my experience that DAL are quite simply "rip off merchants" and instead of supposedly helping people who have debt problems, they take money from client that is exccessive and pooor value for money. Well three years ago faced with mounting debt I turned to DAL. This was to prove an excellent decision. Very early on the full and final settlement team were mentioned little did I imagine that I would be in a financial position some 3 years later to take advantage of their services. My only gripe was when I was paying of my debts although they saved me for example 50% the actual saving to me was only 15% as Debt Advisory then took 35% of the saving. could not agree more, they give duff advice and basically work on their behalf rather than what you'd expect, which is to work tirelessly to get you out of debt. I have had two formal complaints so far and expect to see no light at the end of the tunnel until we can afford to remortgage and pay them off.
