“My business cards”

Got my business cards today 1.5.13 and they were delivered on time and said what I wanted them to say. Pleased with the appearance and quality and price. Well done Optimalprint. Would recommend to family and friends and business partners. (read more)

“deceptive”

The quality advertised on their website is misleading. The letterhead paper we have ordered, advertised as quality paper of 90g/m2 is actually 68g/m2. In addition, the paper is not laser proof. The ink transfers subsequently onto the paper. When we wanted to contact the customer service, we were surprised to discover there is no contact number, no company address, etc. I trust most of the reviews about this company are fake. we needed to make our wedding invitations and we were running out of time. I found only few reviews about this company, but the price was VERY GOOD and you could make you own design. They are one of only few places in UK who makes photo invitations, which we were looking for. We made our invites on their website, put loads of picks (5) on invitation, even we had non-Latin spelling, which I was a bit worried if would print ok. I needed some business cards, and considering that there are some horror stories in blogs about other companies, used Optimalprint from the UK. The card designs are OK, I wanted a simple design, so chose green text on a light green background, the nearest I could find to black text on white. The text is clear and neat, with no advert on the back. They were delivered in the stated time and cheap. PS There have been comments that companies selling business cards have bombarded their customers with unsolicited emails. This has not happened with Optimalprint.
