First and foremost we value your feedback and we will look at your suggestions. I would like to point out however that Sennheiser have in the region of 69,000 spare parts and about 98% of all orders we receive get sent directly from us within 1 or 2 working days. Unfortunately from time to time we do run out of stock of a particular product due to manufacturing difficulties or supply troubles, however when this occurs we promptly contact our customers to discuss, as we did with yourself. We also do not require customers to "waste their time registering" as any prospective customer is able to checkout with us as a guest to save time or can bypass registering totally by using Paypal Express checkout.
