We had a conservatory done by them 8yrs ago loads of problems and now all hinges broken on French doors can hardly close them glass marked but they went bust so cannot claim on 10 Yr guarantee disgusting.

I confirm what the previous reviews say these are a rip off company that give terrible service from poor quality (We had scratches ,marked frames),poor fitters we had draughts) & none existant after sales service. They go bust AGAIN & start up again & again & again.They are part of Rip off Britain

we had some work done by them 2 years ago & the winters are terribly cold as there are draughts everywhere.However they went bust & when I checked their history they do this every 1-3 years then set up again with a slight name change.What a crazy law to allow this.Needless to say the guarantee is not homoured

We had windows done by Nova & no end of problems but went into liquidation (YET AGAIN)so guarantee not honoured

Had two external doors Fitted by Jason @ Nova Windows.Exalent job used them befor and their customer service is second to none would recomend this company to all my famliy.Well done Jason did not even stop for lunch.

I had a conservatory fitted by Nova some months ago and can I am delighted with the finished product it is stunning !! the fitters were a pleasure to have around, very polite and very tidy, the after-sales team were also very attentive calling me to check that everything was to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Nova to my friends and family and would use them again for any other jobs I require. Thank you Nova for a stress free experience and a wonderful job.

Used Nova to have a number of windows fitted on 25 Jan 2010. We had no compaints with the quality of the product and fitting. A guarantee was issued for 10yrs.In January 2010 we had a porch fitted and again had no complaints. This year one of the hinges broke on a small toilet window and I rung Nova to arrange a repair under guarantee.I was informed that the firm had changed hands and guarantees had lapsed, however the rep from Nova was helpful and arranged for a technician to appraise the work. A date was arranged,30 Jult 2012 and the technician arrived and measured for a broken hinge. I have phoned on several occasions and have received promises but no action. My e mails have been ignored and it would appear that any promises about a guarantee are worthless. I am still waiting for the guarantee for the porch but don't hold much hope. Do not use this company for any of its products. The fitters are good but the after sales service is non-exsistent.Try a company which looks after you when you have paid your money

Salesman was polite, did not pressure me and gave me a great price for a conservatory and 2 doors. The fitters were ever so friendly and carried out a stellar job. Over the moon with the work and will be dealing with Nova again.

Where do I start? We had our windows and doors replaced in 2006 by Nova Windows. I hadn't realised I could review Nova on here hence the late response. We chose Nova due to price over several other companies as they seemed very reasonable. When they showed up they set to work on removing our old windows. They took out our front door at the beginning of the day and towards the end of the day I questioned where our new front door was. "It's on its way" I was told. I couldn't believe that they'd taken out my old door when the new one wasn't even there to be put in! Hence to say the actual door never came that day and I later found out that it hadn't actually been made! We was left for 5 days with what I can only describe as a white PVC caravan door. This door did not have a letter box (something our postman complained about). Finally after five days the PVC insert for our door was fitted. There were a couple of problems I'd found with the service (or lack of) from NOVA, all pointed out before the fitters left, these were: The back door lock was very stiff to the extent where a key could break. (This would be sorted they told me) The lead inside one of the windows had come apart. (Again this would be sorted, they'd come back to do this) Low and behold nobody came back to sort these issues. I deemed that these issues would still be sorted by the company so made full payment of £5000. Since installation I have had NOVA windows out 3 times to sort out problems since installation. On each occasion, I've mentioned the back door lock and the lead. The problems since installation included a broken window lock, a window off the hinges, front door not fitting in frame correctly x2 and the front door panel which took 5 days to fit began to form cracks in the PVC. Beware, despite the £5000 already paid, Nova windows seem to make up their guarantee as they go. Something about after 12 months have past NOVA windows will charge £10 per call out. Then it changed to £15. Then someone told me it was £15 which would be valid for 12 months. Nova did replace the cracked door insert in 2011. It's now 2012 and I'm still waiting for the lock and lead to be sorted and guess what, the replacement door insert has cracked again!. I don't hold out much hope and to think I chose these over West Yorkshire Windows! The general quality of the goods in my opinion is below the standard I would expect for £5000 Oh and Mr Smith, if you choose to acknowledge this review I've given up on NOVA so I won't be calling you so that you can charge me yet again to rectify problems which were promised to be sorted on the day of fitting. Potential buyers beware!

Nova Windows installed our Conservatory a few months ago and I can say that we are delighted with the work and the professionalism. The Conservatory took around 5 days to complete and I'm so happy that we had it done before the Summer. We would recommend our friends and family to Nova and I'm sure that we will use them again in the future for further projects.
