Can someone please close this website down! I am going to get the police involved, taken my money, no converse, no reply to e-mails! Nobody should be able to steel your money like this! Also going to get Trading Standards involved!

I have ordered 2 pairs of Converse trainers, total value 75 GBP. On the pictures there were original Converse shoes. The tracking information on the account was poor, money was payed in advance, I had no information about shipment. After 4 weeks I received 2 pairs of fake Converses in a plastic bag - looked really cheap, were smelly, and the colour/ design was completely different than ordered. I can not understand how can a web site use Converse logo, and all original pictures with a trade mark, an not beeing punished or stopped. I claimed the shoes and asked my money back, of course nothing happened, no reply on my emails. Can anyone advise where to report this website in UK for doing crime?

I ordered some Thor converse for my son,when my parceI arrived I was excited to see them.Well all I got was disappointment what I had received were Captain America converse.I quickly contacted them to be told I can't return the ones I didn't order and the Thor converse were out of stock.I asked for a refund,I was offered £10 from the £43 I had paid out.I refused the £10 and said I wanted a full refund and I would send the converse back.I was told the manager wouldn't allow that.I have had numerous emails asking how much refund I would accept,we haven't come to an agreement and now they have stopped replying to my emails. I guess I should have checked them out first but just wanted the Thor converse for Christmas.All I can say is stay away from this company and find a reputable place to buy from

Ordered a cover on 25th March 2013 and 4 months and 5 emails and 40 calls later, still NO REFUND!!!!

Here in June nothing has arrived.

they do not answer the phone (any line).

they do not reply to emails.

There is no way to contact them apart from travelling the length of the country, but even then I suspect its just a lock up!

luckily I paid by visa - they will deal with it now.

I wish I had seen this site before I ordered.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Like other customers bought goods through their website charged but was given no order number. Tried phoning about 10 times a day but no answer. Emailed different parts of there business ie Sales, Accounts and Admin with no reply. Still waiting 2 weeks later for refund of goods never delivered That were ordered 1 and a half months ago. I now have my credit card company involved. NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR.

Ordered a Roomba 760 for birthday present in plenty of time....received confirmation of order.

Chased them up a week later as not received a delivery date only to be told 'sorry you should have received an email that the item is no longer available'

I ordered a garmin 305 running watch. Without contacting me they sent me a 405 advising that it was a free upgrade. The 405 did not meet my requirements. To send it back I needed a return reference number from them. However, they did not supply this on first request. I chased them and eventually got a number. I returned the goods but they did not refund my credit card and did not respond to my emails. I then disputed the transaction with the credit card provider who refunded my account.

Ordered a new cover. Still not arrived. Terrible communication, no reply from them!!!

I ordered a Sat Nav from this company. When I telephoned to ask about it they were very helpful an d friendly and I had the item to use within a couple of days, delivered by City Link. I wouldn't hesitate to use thi s shop again, Excellent!!.
