I found your company by accident when I did a Google search for wood flooring suppliers. Even though I live miles away from London, I feel as if I know you all! You have been so helpful in making my flooring project trouble-free, even at a distance. When I was looking for wood flooring I found your website and ordered samples of the flooring I liked the look of on your Wood and Beyond online store before placing my order because I had heard such horror stories of online wood flooring suppliers from friends and neighbours. I needn't have bothered to ask you for samples because everything you guys have done, from beginning to end, has been more than perfect. I will definitely be putting the word out about you! Just taken delivery of my new solid floor from wood&beyond and wanted to let you know how impressed I am. I not only benefited from large discount when I ordered online but I qualified for free delivery too. “Avoid at all costs”

Despite purchasing one of the best products from Wood and Beyond the quality of the engineered oak flooring was poor. It had large areas black filler in large knots and spilts. Some splits were in excess of 8". From the box I opened it most of the wood was in my opinion defective and should have either been sold as a lower grade or discarded. The whole experience of buying my Engineered Oak Floor from this company has been excellent.I got all the advice i needed from the very friendly staff. I probably made too many calls to them, but every time I was made to feel welcome and the staff were incredibly helpful.Once I had chosen my floor, I asked them to survey my house to fit the floor. Fantastic service and product. I phoned on Wednesday to check delivery timescales and been told someone coming to do supply and fit the floor on Tuesday . Wood and Beyond called me back to say they had managed to arrange delivery for 2 days later . The driver was very polite. “Engineered oak floor sample didn't match supplied product”

I ordered a sample of Wood and Beyond's Supremo UV Oiled engineered oak flooring. The sample looked great and consisted of a 21mm profile, 15mm plywood base with 6mm of oak plank bonded to the top. I proceeded to order. All good so far, and the flooring arrived as promised. However, when I inspected the product I realised that what had been supplied was completely different to the sample. AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE OF A PURCHASE, I REALLY WISH I'D NEVER COME ACROSS WOOD AND BEYOND. We have recently place an order for 3 panels of OAK WORKTOP.

My husband call before and get a very proffiosanl advise and technical information.

Wood and Beyond service was extreemly good .

4 days fater made the payment on line we received the good on time as agreed and we are very happy with the final result.

We have also asked for fitting services which we cancel.

Over all - we are very happy and the worktops looks fantastic!!

The quality and looks is amazing.

Customer service was good and we even got one upstand for free.

We wish we could have exact time for delivery and not a slot of 6 hours
from carrier.

Awful! We requested a sample of premium black american walnut worktop. It was lovely so we proceeded. What turned up was laminated 40mm x 20mm staves instead of the 40mm solid staves that they sent as a sample. Atrocious customer service - AVOID AT ALL COSTS! (read more)

Have ordered 2m Iroko worktop from the company. Found the service above what i normally get online and the product at fantastic value. I paid £105 for a worktop which my local shop wanted £380 for and even though delivery took a week to arrange (to some extent my fault as I wasn't home for a while) I am very happy with the results. After obtaining a quote from my local Kitchen supplier for Iroko worktops, I checked the internet to see how competitive my £1200 quote was for 2 x 3m and 1 x 4m lengths. After much searching around, my best quote was just under £1000 until I stumbled on Wood and Beyond. I was very wary as their prices were £520 for the 3 lengths which was half what the others could do. I requested a sample to see what the quality was like and got it the next day. I was looking for a high quality worktop on a small budget. I've done some searches which brought me to wood & beyond. I then ordered a sample of the worktop which arrives the next day and was happy to order the item. I really needed the worktop the following day, unfortunately it arrives two days later.
