The best next day contact lens delivery service in UK!! To me, by far the most user friendly shopping portal, selling branded contact lenses. Combining that with their extremely helpful Customer Service, easy checkout process, timely delivery and top quality highest selling lenses at comparatively cheaper prices, at least I won't look for any other option. I have purchased lenses from various other online store and found out the quality of lenses theses guys provide is much better than the rest though they were from the same brands. When it comes to your eyes you need to make sure you are using the best and hence i am a loyal customer with them now . (read more)

I don't usually write reviews online, but I would definitely recommend them. Quick and free delivery, an easy-to-use website and the best prices I have seen so far. I use daily contacts for astigmatism and dry eyes and I'm always looking out for a cheaper option as they are quite expensive in comparison to other lenses. I was positively surprised by the amount of information on the website. This is more than just a retailer, they genuinely care about their customers. (read more)

I`ve recently received two offensive e-mails from one intellectually challenged operator after spending time on the phone about an internet query, she was inefficient, didn`t listen and was robotic in her response and unablee to deviate from her script.This same " customer service " ! person then vents her spleen by using my personal e-mail addresses to insult me as a customer and as an individual. I ordered this contact lenses last Sunday. Few days later I got a mail,it said it had been sold out, however, the lenses will be delivery as soon as possible. Two days later,I'v got it! Such a quick delivery and easy to order. (read more)

These type of lenses are never out of stock there are warehouses full of them.

Excellent service.
I had prevoiusly tried to order from another lens website and 4 weeks after ordering failed to receive any replies to my queries about where my lenses were. Phone calls and emails unanswered. I tried this website in hopes I would get my lenses in time for a holiday 4 days later. And - PERFECT - Jennifer helped my speed up my order and they arrived this morning. Definitely a service I'll use again. V pleased.

I know of fact that this team will always try and help out as much as possible, but if you yourself dont know your prescription is and what you want to order then certainly it is not their fault. They are a simple retailer and have always been very helpful to me.

Speedy service and the cheapest contact lenses I could find online. The price of the solutions are also very competative. I would definately recommend this website to friends and family. In addition, it is very easy to reorder your contact lenses as they store all your details in your account along with paymeny information which makes the whole process very quick and easy! Still have Accuve 2 week lenses many sites do not stock these lenses so check this site out.

I have purchased many lenses from this site and am totally satisfied with the speed of delivery. I find them very competitive in price and re ordering is easy and quick. They send you an email to remind you when you need to re order which is excellent. I would fully recommend this site to anyone looking to order lenses. I previously used the asda site but after experiencing problems with a non delivery of lenses i chose to find another supplier. (read more)

This is a typical example of a grumpy old person who has possibly had a bad day. I myself have been ordering from this Company for several years and have only positive experiences to give on. A really friendly and helpfull bunch of people who will always give their utmost to help whenever I had a problem with a delivery - which was never even their fault but that of lazy RoyalMail. With my ten years of experience in customer services let me tell you that this is a perfect example of a vengeful old person that treats other people without any respect and as if theyre at their every peril and the very second that something does not go their way cries wolf. There should be a forum like this, only for companies to warn each other for customers like this.
