Booked and paid for tickets July 2010 for flight in Jan 2011. No tickets issued.They failed to pay airline. After much hassle and persistence obtained new ticket for travel with different airline.Arrived at destination then to be informed by airline that payment had been reneged on so now have no return flight and airline chasing me for money for outbound flight.Dreamworld Travel will not communicate or return money paid. My best advice is avoid, if not deal with EXTREME caution and at least pay with a Visa so if anything goes wrong you have chargeback recourse. They made a massive mess of my booking by putting me on a flight I categorically and very specifically said to avoid from the very start. There was no turning back after this (and I was already quite apprehensive about dealing with them having read some reviews but decided to chance it as they gave a good price). Booking a flight through Dreamtravels is the worst nightmare of my entire family. They are fraudulent and quite slippery to handle. I still cannot get my ticket booked 4 months ago for a journey to commence in 5 days. Never use this agent
I booked a 3 tickets to South Africa with this agent and requested that i pay a dep of 240, which i pai. Since then I have been trying to contact them to pay the balance but they say the person who deal with my reservatuion is not available. I have tried calling today 3 times but nobody returned my call. We are supposed to fly on 2nd Dec, returning on 05 Jan however they now asking us to change the dates. If I could leave a minus score on the rating stars, I would. This company is the worst company i have ever dealt with, and I will never use them again, or recommend them.
We booked our tickets to Cape Town via Dubai in January. I was told at the time I could pay a deposit, and the balance a month before departure. I booked my flights to dubai/karachi via dream world in Ealing. They said that I should pay the full price straight away otherwise the airline might cancel the tickets. I did so straightaway.
Despite that they did not give me my e-tickets straight away and made one excuse after another. which included
1. Your tickets are booked don't worry

I have booked my ticket two weeks ago. I have fully paid my ticket as I want to be sure that everything will be fine. I haven't received an eticket neither a receipt. No doubt that there is something wrong. The sales executive is Nouman B, he is dealing with my request and every time that I ask for something he came up with an excuse.
So far I have no receipt, no eticket and I have already paid £750.

I had the same problem as the previous feedback. I booked 2 tickets to Malaysia and the agent said I only need to pay £100 deposit and dont worry about the rest as the airline will call me 1 month before the travel date for the rest of the payment. Called them again 2 months later wanted to pay the rest of the money and the agent said payment has increased.
