Found this travel agent online was not sure at first but I was impressed with Addy who was the agent I actually dealt with. My booking was complicated as there were quite a few people travelling arriving and leaving at different times. I thought this would be a challenge but not for Addy. After much hassle and persistence obtained new ticket for travel with different airline.Arrived at destination then to be informed by airline that payment had been reneged on so now have no return flight and airline chasing me for money for outbound flight.Dreamworld Travel will not communicate or return money paid. My best advice is avoid, if not deal with EXTREME caution and at least pay with a Visa so if anything goes wrong you have chargeback recourse. They made a massive mess of my booking by putting me on a flight I categorically and very specifically said to avoid from the very start. There was no turning back after this (and I was already quite apprehensive about dealing with them having read some reviews but decided to chance it as they gave a good price). Regarding to the problem I have with dream world travel limited. I got the phone call back from Omar to apologise and explain the reason of the delaying is due to his many works commitment. That why he couldn't send me ticket straight away yesterday.
However, he solved the problem very quick and sent me e-ticket which I have confirmed from the airline.
In my opinion,this problem occur partly because I was panic and worried about my ticket.

I booked a 3 tickets to South Africa with this agent and requested that i pay a dep of 240, which i pai. Since then I have been trying to contact them to pay the balance but they say the person who deal with my reservatuion is not available. I booked 2 tickets to Malaysia and the agent said I only need to pay £100 deposit and dont worry about the rest as the airline will call me 1 month before the travel date for the rest of the payment. Called them again 2 months later wanted to pay the rest of the money and the agent said payment has increased.
