“Quiet, Powerful and light”

Lightweight, great suction, quiet, easy to change the bag and with no mess unlike a bagless. Does what it says on the box, and reaches a full flight of stairs for easy cleaning. Hopefully I won't have to, but would definitely buy it again. Also, very good value for money. At the moment, after three weeks of use, there is nothing that I can find about to which to complain - and that's quite something!!! (read more)

This seems good, i like .I bought a Hoover PU2120 Vacummn Cleaner in a rush, when ever I use the hose it tips up, bashing into my legs, the walls and the furniture

I bought a Hoover PU2120 Vacummn Cleaner in a rush, when ever I use the hose it tips up, bashing into my legs, the walls and the furniture. The instructions ask you to call th e helpline rather than take it back the shop. I called and the number had changed but didn't redirect, so I had to get a pen and paper, call again and write the number down the ring the right number. I waited on hold for 3 minutes and 52 seconds and the phone went dead, I called again and it went dead after 1 minutes... (read more)
