I have an iPhone 4 on Tesco and choose this service based on their guarantees of 'quickest unlock guaranteed' and '48 hr unlock' assurances, and 100% satisfaction guaranteed. In the advertising and during the ordering process I was told it would take up to 48hrs. It has taken 11 days and caused a huge amount of personal and business disruption. I was informed there would be a small delay due to public holidays but this was after I had placed the order. It was still a further 6 days after the supposed 'normal service' had been resumed that it was eventually unlocked. There was no means of telling me when it would be ready and they did not update their website with the details of the delays to Iphone4/Tesco so others may encounter the same delay and inconvenience. There is no offer of compensation, even though I have expressed my dissatisfaction and have lost significant business during the 11 days. I don't mind waiting or having delays but unmet guarantees and companied getting business on the back of promises they cannot deliver is very frustrating and I notice a number of others in the same boat. Ultimately my phone is now unlocked so I have to offer some credit for that.
