The company steals your money and doesn't provide any unlock service! Their method is to get pre-payment (e.g 19,99£) from you and then on purpose delay the delivery so that you're not anymore able to cancel the order (e.g. it's charged from your Visa etc. account). They do not respond to ANY refund demands and only response may come from their faked support telling they are still seeking for a solution for your operator - this is FAKE, they DO NOT provide ANY unlock to you! At first i thought the unlock wouldn't work but all i had to do was downgrade from the Ipad baseband first. With the help of their support which answered all my questions I was able to downgrade the baseband and unlock the Iphone within a few minutes. It's worth it. (read more)

The only thing you will get from them is very very angry. They will not answer the phone (if you don't believe me try) 0871 890 3127. I did get a smarmy email stating that my unlock would happen tomorrow, it obviously didn't. The last email they sent me they even had the ordasity of signing from my unlocked iphone. They charged me 19.99 to 'pre-order' unlock and will not disclose what the final price will be I have asked for a refund on several occassions, the first being within ten minutes of realising what they were doing! They ignore my mails Ive read reviews that they threaten to blacklist your IMEI !!! I found them online when I bought my 3gs and had them remote unlock my phone which went alright then they sent me a email that I could get a factory unlock I paid the initiall price of 19 pounds then I got the email that I was on the list for a preorder which upset me just a bit. But I paid the order price to factory unlock my phone and I am still waiting now they wont even answer my emails. (read more)

I paid on Aug 5th 2012 for my iphone 4s and they claimed the timeframe is 10 days. After 10 days, they didn't send any message. I wrote them on their FB and they told me not to panic. After 15 days, I asked them to refund if they can't unlock, they ignored me. After 20 days, I wrote on their FB to let others know how they do business and they blocked me on their FB. I guess it's my fault that I didn't read the terms before making any purchase, but they should have make it clear on the front page that 19.99 GBP was only for putting me on their mailing list. when the unlock is finally available, I had to pay another 100. that's to me is more than a little pricey. I paid for this service convinced I would be ripped off. I was wrong and probably owe them an apology for being difficult. In any case, it wasn't all smooth sailing. The tray with the IMEI number was wrong in my iPhone (bought in the US - dodgy it seems!). So I paid to unlock a random persons. The official iPhone unlock is very expensive, and I'd wager it can be bought a lot cheaper both online and on the High Street. However, they claim that this is due the assurance of their service, which I can sort of believe given the unreliability of some retailers I've encountered in the past. This is by far the best place to get your iphone unlocked, officially through itunes at that. Had to wait a few days which was a pain but was overall worth the wait. Once I received the email that my phone was unlocked, I just connected it to itunes and took all but 5 seconds and any sim can be put inside. Superb, Superb, Superb and highly recommended. My mobile company orange said it would take 4 weeks for my unlock code so i said do one! Took my phone to heaps of phone shops stating they could do it but it wasnt perminant. My friend gave me the link for this and when i saw the price i was like whattt?? But it was done in a day and my phone dont have all that vile software cloging it up!! Prompt response to emails, very professional service, less than a day to find who the phone was locked by and then the phone was unlocked after 3 days when Apple had updated their database. Clear instructions at each stage on what to do. My only criticism would be the cost of the unlock procedure at 72 pounds; however as I was given the phone by a friend after he upgraded to an iPhone 4 I can't grumble. Thanks again guys. (read more)

After waiting 1 month for orange to unlock my iPhone 4 that I wanted to use on the 3 network I gave up and looked elsewhere. I didn't want to aggrevation of having to jailbreak my phone as per other unlocking websites, I just wanted a genuine unlock that I can use as a normal iPhone. I was sold a jailbreak that didn't work on my phone ..I even offered to visit their shop , 50 miles away !!, to try and get the problem fixed . Having struggled in South America with an alternative and unreliable method, whilst being locked into O2 maintaining guarantees etc., I had to continually reset the phone every time I went out of signal range. Confused by this company's often contradictory website, I first ordered a software unlock/jailbreak then, when I realised this wouldn't work for the iPhone 4S, upgraded to an official factory unlock. According to the site, in 95% of the cases this would arrive within seven days. That was more than five weeks ago, and the IMEI is still "awaiting submission" to Apple's servers, whatever that means.
