The Cobra MT800 Microtalk radios can retail for as little as £21.00 for a pair with batteries, chargers and earbud headsets and as such are a very good value for money. However, in the field I have found the following problems; the buttons are too exposed and are continually being pressed, the lock function does not prevent this. I have glued rubber piping around the buttons and the screen which has alleviated the problem. The earbud headsets quit after a short time with the microphones... (read more)
