Just not as happy as I could be. Very long delays on design and build of website. Testing on that was done on the site was very insufficient. i had to point out a few basic issues. I am not very satisfied with the time line and the additional cost to design minor changes. A bit disappointing to say the least. Payment upfront before designing is done is crazy and that makes for long waiting periods because you have received your money and I I have to beg to get things done, ridiculous.

Overall the product was value for money,the person I dealt with was helpful, patient and polite. The negatives was that the process took too long and I was unhappy with the way I was forced to pay an extra $200 to have businesspro host my site.

I did receive something special, I am not receiving any phone call from Google. I received my website, I received just one keyword in first page of Google and no one look at it

I had hoped things would have been explained better up front. The company seems to have been going thru some transition issues. My first contact with the company was very positive. Once I committed to do business with them, the man I negotiated with was no longer with the company. The replacement contact person was not patient with me which made me feel conflicted every time I spoke with him. When he left the company the next person to help me was very good. However, by the time he was my newest contact, I was already very upset with the company. I feel bad about the way I treated him at first. I was ready to cut my losses and stay with the website I had. Although it was a nightmare to do business with them, I am very happy with what they did finally create for me. So it is an unusual, happy ending to a long, frustrating (and expensive) experience. I take responsibility for becoming a difficult client after a year of trying to upgrade my website but I didn't start out as a difficult client.

I really like the way the advisor handled.he was very patient and done whatever he said.

Me and my dad are the owners and operators of a carpet cleaning business we had a website created for us before and it cost us $1750. The name of the company was Sharp One Marketing. They created a less than basic website that was designed horribly. The spelling of their graphic designer was comparable to that of a fourth grader. The only good thing about Sharp One Marketing did for our business was the design of our logo. Sharp One Marketing was fired and Business Pro Designs took over. In April of 2013 Business Pro Designs contacted us about creating a website. The design of the website was fantastic, the pages were all desgined exactly how we wanted them, they posted our YouTube video on the website for free something the previous company wanted to charge for. The staff was friendly. However during a period of a year they were three changes of account managers for our website. Now I understand that one cannot help if employees leave but their needs to be more communication between the existing account manager and the prior account manager. Another thing is the SEO should be more included in the price rather than a seperate charge of $1700 to $2100. AS $1400 was already paid. I would recommend Business Pro Designs web site design capabilities to a friend but I would mention what I wrote above to any family or friend that is looking for a company to design a website for them. Have mixed feeling it has taken one year to complete. You said he said and we did not mean that!!!!
