Businesspro design is very unprofessional company they only after money. they dont complete their work on time there managers are worth less. they dont deserve to become a manager. Hi there, I have recently had the same experience with them promising SEO for my existing website and not delivering at all. The work they did was such utter rubbish, they have actually done more damage than good. They have agreed to give me a refund but I am not seeing anything of this at all, they said they would refund me through paypal, but each time I email to ask they say it is being processed or actually even sink so low as to tell me the business man I had been dealing with had 'a death in the family and would be away from work for more than a week'. What do you mean by pre defined authorization mail?

Having spent over 11 months attempting to get my website up and running; even after they promised a 2 month deadline; my website is still no where to be seen and I now write to advise others not to employ this company. Their sales team are very aggressive and it was my own fault that I fell for their sales tact, but no matter how good the sales team are they do not have the programmer expertise to deliver on time what was promised by them. Rudest sales people i have ever encountered. 5 minutes trying to get them off the phone. i called their office to complain & have our business removed from their database, and after abuse from another represantative of their company, he hung up on me! cannot imagine what their customer service is like. The same thing is happening to me at the present time. Lots of talk and excuses. Seems they are good at the simple stuff but the complicated parts take too much time to get started and worked on. I am becoming frustrated by their excuses. Might even bail on them to cut my losses.

This company is a complete fraud. They plagued us for weeks to take up their service and given that we did not have enough control of our site we went for them following their very convincing presentation and recommendations from other customers of theirs. They have completely messed up our site and it is affecting our business. We spend ages calling them and trying to get the issues with our site resolved but to no avail. I give them -5 for overall rating and -5 for value for money. It has been worst ever experience in terms of dealing with a business. I am from south east asia but I don't think that I am going to be ever doing any business dealing with anyone from south east asia and particulary from India. This business only cares about ripping off others and they deserve to rot in hell. I would advise every one to very cautious of them and better not to deal with them.

I would totaly agree with many of the feed backs on here, Business Pro Designs are not a company that cares about it's customers. All they want is your money. I am presently having a web site designed by them and all that I have had is delay after delay. They don't seem to be able to carry out simple tasks or requests. The bigest problem is that there programmers are in india and you have to go through a ccount manager to get things done which cases errors and delays.
