“Worst customer service ever”

i tried to book a flight via their site i received an email confirmation and then few hours later an email that my booking was cancelled for security issues. When I called to the customer service the person replied was extremely rude, what ever I was asking I was getting the reply i cant. He refused to assist me at any point and still they charged me for a booking that never went through! NEVER AGAIN! (read more)

“Don't Go Anywhere near this Company - Beware”

This company is the most rubbish company I have ever come across. Do not use this company. I booked my flight to coincide with a connecting flight. When my itinerary was emailed through to me the times were different, whether they had not taken into account the time difference or not, I am not sure. 11/4 2013 I booked a flight from Stockholm to Barcelona (Departure in May) Bravofly overcharged my credit card by about 30 Euro. Bravofly customer service claims that it became clear in the bokkingprocess that there will be a ceardfeee of 22.8 Euros, and that I in the booking process hade to approve this new total sum otherwise you can not finish the booking. “30 EUR of Admin fee without warning”

I booked a flight from Bravofly because, well, it showed up in Skyscanner search and with the cheapest price, so I booked the flight and did not think much of it until I checked my reservation on the airline website...there is a 30 EUR gap...I called Bravofly customer service and the guy answered was like..yah, of course there is an admin fee..dah... Exactly what happened to u happen me too, Bravofly overcharged my credit card by about 30 Euro. ( It is worth noting that I do not understand either how to take 30 Euros from my account if the fictional card charge is 22.8 euros?? )

Bravofly is doing bad, and if I do not get corrected next 2 days I will make a policereport, make a complaints with my card holder, and even publish a article about this in Sweden's most read blog where I am a writer, Bravofly will get a opportunity to comment the article, but I guess they will bury ther heads in the sand - after all mail I wrote and still do not get a understanding.

It is a matter of principle, morality.

Despite all email with print screen of my reservation and proof that there is NO additional cardfee you still dont care about doing right for you.

I can only agree with what everyone else has already said. Terrible service. Both times I tried to book some flights my booking was declined. Apparently there was a problem with my credit card. I knew there wasn't as I use the credit card for my daily purchases, and have never experienced problems in the past. I have zero debt on the card as I clear the balance each month. I'd really like to give Bravofly NO stars. I would definitely agree with the negative reviews of Bravofly and wish I'd searched reviews before I parted with any money. We had booked 2 flights online with bravofly (ID 163972173). We then needed to bring the flights forward one day but found we could not do this online. We repeatedly rang 00442071006746 as directed and eventually made contact with bravofly. They said they would effect the change and then the payment department would ring us for credit card details within 48 hours. “WORST service but largest fee!!”

I have asked for the receipts of my booking for many times through both emails and phone calls. However, they delayed that for one month and haven't answered yet!! Besides, the man answered the phone doubted my language ability three times, which made me rather unhappy. Paid for flights on internet to Budepest for 3 people. Paid by Paypal instantly email received waiting for airline to confirm booking at 17.45 hrs. Email stated that it usually only takes a couple of hours. Next day at 2002hrs. Then 26hours later they inform me of a fare increase. Trust the other reviews and don’t do what I did and just book with them thinking it’ll be fine and that it’s marginally cheaper with them – it’s not worth it. I take many low cost flights and generally don’t need to change things because I wait till I lock down details before booking but on my trip which was out in Asia, I had to add luggage as well change the flight times on 2 of the flights I’d booked via Bravofly. This website is a fraud. They take the money from your account at a given advertised flight and then send an email to say that they can't confirm the flight for 24 hours. When they finally come back to you, they give you a cost of £150 or more over the price that you agreed to pay, then it is impossible to go onto their website to do anything to cancel. Now I've called them four times concerning the matter (6€/call) only to explain the same things over and over again. I have tried to book with bravo fly twice now and found them to not honor the price that they mention on the site. Once I thought it could be a mistake but now I have come to realise that its not. They tempt you in with a cheap price and then a few hours later call you up to say the price was not correct. Ryanair gave me a breakdown. It appeared that BravoFly had cashed 36 euro for the reservation that I made via traveleurope.com. They refuse to reimburse me.

Bravo also sold me an insurance that I did not order.

Stay away from them!

This company came up as a result in the Travelsupermarket website. They are a bunch of crooks - do not use. I received a confirmation email for my flight booking, a receipt from paypal to say they had the money - then a refund the following morning but no flight ticket. Agent 1 - there was a problem with your card. I confirmed with Paypal this was utter rubbish. She put the phone down on me. I attempted to purchase a flight to Belfast and submitted my credit card details. I recieved a NON CONFRMATION EMAIL which staed that if i didnt contact them witin 24 hours monies would be transferred back into my account..so far so good...Iwasnt able to delay making my appointment therefore I made alternative bookiings elswhere with Flybe. this company did a great job for us, we booked it got a nice rate plus we got $40 rebate. it took 60 days but we did get the rebate. Their hote rates are just like orbitz and expedia

Asked to change a first name on the ticket to co-respond to the passport and was told Delta airlines had refused to do this. On phoning Delta they said it was perfectly OK to change but they had to deal with Bravofly not me. Bravofly repeatedly told me that they had tried their best by phone and email. Delta said there had been no contact wirh Bravofly and their contract was with them. The flight was imminent and I was becoming distressed when I was told that the £650 tickets were worthless.... BEWARE This company charges you more than double what you would be charged by the airline's web site. If you want to contact them, there is no e-mail address to make contact, instead you are provided a phone number in which you have to pay more than eight dollars on a credit card in order to speak with an arrogant and rude agent who will deny they can do anything for you. Absolutely dreadful service. Shortly after booking my flight through Bravofly I received an e-mail informing me that the flight fare could not be confirmed. I rang their helpline 4 times before I got any remote help. First time an automated voice answered with 'All lines busy' then hung up. Second time somebody picked up then when I explained my problem they hung up on me. Third time somebody picked up then hung up when I'd got as far as hello!
