“Extremely Unserious Customer Service - Unacceptable!”

After having cancelled a flight with a travel insurance, the operating company transferred my money back to Bravofly. Bravofly, on the other hand, did not transfer the money further to my credit card but waited. After 3 weeks and a call which are charged by a fee, they finally agree to send back the money. However, with a "service charge" of 20€ ! even though there was a travel insurance! i paid 600 euro and i got nothing back of bravofly, the aircompany told me that bravofly cancelled my flight which was actually booked at first, never had a company that doesnt care about their customers, and threat them like little children. they take your money and try to keep it as long as possible and what you get is nothing. … Read Full Review

Bravofly is nothing but a bad agency! I have been battling fur a week to get a flight with them. The outcome from a VERY long process is that NO-ONE from their so called customer service dept called me back to confirm my flight. I have called, emailed and they have just ignored me. As a result I have had to cancel attending my family reunion as the flights have increased from 500 AUD to 1200 AUD!! Having a few problems with these idiots at the moment. So unprofessional, uncommitted and amateurish, I'm appalled they can get away with it. Don't even go near them.

“Terrible customer service/no refund despite written...”

At the time of booking a flight for myself and my partner the Bravofly website crashed. It did not confirm that the payment had been taken from my account and I did not receive an email booking confirmation immediately. I therefore booked another Ryan Air flight for the same dates, same passengers etc which went through fine. A couple of hours later I received two bookings and rang Ryan Air the next day. Non existent customer service!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I've booked my flights through bravo fly but the 'costumer care' service number provided on the site takes you to lastminute.com customer services. I am simply appalled by their non existent customer service. Booked flights with them but needed to upgrade luggage afterwards and contacted them the day after the original booking. Bravofly, Last Minute.com or whatever they call themselves, stink. This is my story and some ideas you can try if you have suffered too. I paid for full flex on Norwegian. Seemed strightforward - ok to make changes etc. But guess what - it is insurance backed so to change my return I have to wait 12-24 hours to see how much they are going to charge me then claim off some insurance policy. Bravofly is the worst booking platfrom I have ever used - after booking a flight and having the monies taken off my card I received an email saying the booking is not going through as the prices had changed (why were they selling the tickets in the first place at the price I bought?) and was also told that they would hold onto my money for several days! I selected the cheapest company (as you do) from a comparison site: £194 compared to £195 on two or three other well-known names. On the final screen there was "Total cost of the booking: £193.90" beside a 'Confirm' button. When I got the receipt I had been charged £217.52! I complained. “refund for ticket that was paid for twice”

I was booked the ticket for Finnair online. The first attempt of payment by card was declined. I tried another Card that was approved. Later on it became clear that both transactions were made from bank accounts. But the refund wasn't done automatically. I phoned to Supporting Service of Bravoavia, checked all details of transaction. The Service is effective - I've got prompt, professional and clear instructions. I reserved a flight on their website, and I paid for that 400Euros. One hour later I received an email that the flight I have "booked"! Is not available anymore!!!! If you're doubting between using this company or any similar to save some cash, or book directly in the air company. I will recommend you to pay that extra cash because if you need the simplest request you will regret first. 1st. Their international number required your credit card, so 6.10€ as a welcome, plus a charge per minute in most of it's national services. 2nd. None of their agents can speak English properly and I believe they have been specifically trained in not being helpful. One word answers to questions no help at all. Bravofly website shows a much lower amount in INR (~3000 INR), without having a clue on how much my bank would charge me. They don't reveal the conversion rate that they are using for the same. During the bank transaction, they just tell you the EURO amount and you realize they have taken you in, only after seeing your bank statement. I booked a family holiday through Bravofly. My elderly mother was not well enough to travel, so I requested a refund of the Airport Departure Tax.
