“Worst flight booking experience ever!!!”

Bravofly website shows a much lower amount in INR (~3000 INR), without having a clue on how much my bank would charge me. They don't reveal the conversion rate that they are using for the same. During the bank transaction, they just tell you the EURO amount and you realize they have taken you in, only after seeing your bank statement. “DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE ”

Worst customer sevice ever. First of all i booked my my flight on the way back wrong so i called bravo fly to change this for me with a cost of 105 EUROS. they said that they will have to cobntact monarch and it will take a couple of days. Iwasnt willing to wait this long as i was scared this was not going to happen. “Incompetent or criminal?”

I booked a family holiday through Bravofly. My elderly mother was not well enough to travel, so I requested a refund of the Airport Departure Tax. Despite me forwarding emails from Monarch Airline confirming that they are perfectly willing to refund the Airport Departure Tax element of the ticket to the credit card that was used to make the booking, i.e. Bravofly's, Bravofly are, 2 months and countless emails later, still refusing to refund the money, choosing to blame the airline. “Smooth no hassle experience! ”

“POOR Customer Service”

Booking was easy, and the prices were a bit better than anyone else, BUT, when the first flight of our trip was cancelled by the airlines, there was no support from Bravofly. The FREE numbers they gave us to call didn't work, so we tried the ones where you had to pay to talk with them. Those worked fine! We were told they could do nothing because the airline cancelled the flight, and so the airlines needed to re-book us. I talked with all the connecting airlines. I used KAYAK for flight comparison and found that Brave fly were offering me tickets for £945.57, but their confirmation showed £1,075.75. They have taken this amount from my visa debit card. It was in March, and since then I have made effort to recover the difference of £125.18 without any success. “Beware of the confusing terms and conditions!”

I booked a flight for my mother-in-law. However, knowing that we might have to change flights or even cancel the flight, we took advantage of paying the additional supplement for full flex! This, we thought, refunded 90% of the costs! sadly, due to personal reasons, we had to cancel the flight and then we were instructed that the 90% refund is by way of a voucher, not monies and it must be used within 12 months with Bravo flights! Bravofly has stolen my money. This is because I booked flights for my Daughter to go and see friends in Crete. For her 14th Birthday present. My Daughter is 13 she will be 14 on June 26th we used to live in Crete, from when my Daughter was 2, we had to return to the UK 3 years ago as my Daughter had serious health problems, walking away from everything we owned. Sorry to hear of your problems with this company. I received exactly (word for word) email from them when I asked them to refund the Airline Departure Tax element of a ticket that had not been used. The airline agreed to refund it, but only to Bravofly. Bravofly refuse to pay me back.

Never will use them again, I am looking into ways to get my money back. I will not let this go as I know it is their fault. If they are hoping that I will just give up and go away they are very much mistaken. Keep on at them until they do the right thing. I hate company's who think that they can walk all over people, lie and cheat.

“Full Flex Package Nonsense ”

I bought the Full Flex Assistance Package that would enable me to change my flight/s if needed and get a 90% voucher towards another flight. I needed to change the return flight. The email says up to 48 hours before this is possible. So I rang 4 days before to change it to be told that the booking can only be changed before the FIRST flight, not between the first flight and the return flight. Having gone through the booking engine process of booking of a simple flight, I found out that when I paid via Paypal, the system automatically added in Insurance, despite this being previously opted out. Upon questioning this I was informed that it was human error on my part and that I'm obviously not capable of booking a flight. I booked using this site for cebu pacific and paid with credit card (or at least i thought). When i arrived at the ticket counter i saw them my passport and the stuff reported that there is no reservation!!! At a closer look , he noticed that there was a reservation and right after, a cancellation. Bravofly has informed me about my reservation, all seemed normal, but never informed me that they cancel it one moment earlier. “HIDDEN FEES - Avoid Bravofly!”

I booked through the Bravofly a ticket offered at 483 euro, all included. I inserted my credit card numbers and confirmed the payment. And AFTER I PAYED, I received a bill that added up to 539 euro, including 56 euros in administrative fees that were never declared on the website before the payment. I booked a fullflex ticket through Bravofly and realised that I couldn't travel. In time before the cancellation deadline, I asked if my flight could be changed and I received a mail from them saying that they would like to call me. I booked flights for my family to travel from Syd to Christchurch in late December 2014. Unfortunately my wife was hospitalised for 2 weeks prior to Christmas as she has incurable, secondary cancers. can't stress enough how much you need to avoid doing any business with this company. I have booked flights with them for my honeymoon and one of the internal flights across India has had the scheduled flight times changes 3 times. This has gone to the point that they are no longer suitable for me anymore. We have checked with the airline and the reason for the refund not being total is due to the schedule change being only half an hour and therefore we refunded the amount offered by the airline according to their terms and conditions of a schedule change.

I was checking prices for flights when I was on scyscanner page and I was forwarded to bravofly. Bravofly processed immediately and promptly charged my Visa credit card even when I clicked on Visa Electron. I wasn’t intended to use my credit card, I preferred to check if I can pay with my Visa Electron debit card but the bravofly payment system promptly charged my credit card even if I hadn’t chosen the the credit card botton. I to have been caught with bravo fly booked my flights online last nite and no confirmation still today no return call after hundreds of calls and all the numbers they have are disconnected and no reply to any email rang Cebu air my flights aren't even there great this is my first flight over seas and they have frauds me $1500

Please send me ur email address I don't want to give anymore details out online as I have already been tricked , this was meant to be my first overseas trip with my husband for our honeymoon all my hard earned money gone have no more to pay for flights I've booked accomodation on Manila now I will be left with further cost out of pockets cost to cancel some great holiday

Do not book with Bravofly, ever! Prices might be cheaper than some other websites, but you don't want to end up at the airport without a valid ticket like me. Short: Bravofly screwed up, I had no ticket, they refused to refund the extra costs I incurred. I booked a flight with Bravofly from Tokyo to Sapporo, payed via Paypal, got my confirmation e-mail, everything seemed fine... “Bravofly-Avoid at all costs”

I have had my worst booking experience ever with BRAVOFLY. First, their booking page is wretched. You can't go back to check anything before you make the final click. As soon as I realized this I called the company--BEFORE clicking and paying.
