I started buying 'Extra Thick Thai Style Chicken Soup" product about 2 years ago at Sainsburys because Tesco had stopped offering it in their stores. It is definitely the best soup-in-a-cup I have experienced out the many brands and flavours sold, and has both both a creamy and spicy taste. Like most cupasoups, it benefits from a little extra heating in a microwave after adding the hot/boiling water to the cup and stiring, as this helps to thicken the soup. I particulary like the... Creamy & thick, with plenty of thai flavours. Very moreish: really enjoyed this soup. Highly recommmend, especially for someone who is a fan of creamy soups but wants to try one with a bit more punch. (read more)
