We booked a weeks all inclusive and we're allocated a hotel which has been voted worst in Spain, and deservedly so. I am sorry that you are unhappy with your holiday. While you were on holiday, there would have been a 24/7 emergency number on your documents, which would have put you in contact with our in resort team. They would have worked to resolve any issues while you were still on holiday.

We do have a post holiday team, who will be more than happy to investigate your holiday and respond with a resolution, however Review Centre does not allow links or contact details to be posted. “TERRIBLE ACCOMODATION NOTHING LIKE THE PAPERWORK WE...”

When we were on the coach travelling to our apartments the driver of the coach asked my daughter to show him the paperwork for our accommodation he took us to the apartments shown on the paperwork received from Low Cost Holidays. “Best value, no fuss!”

We travel overseas for leisure three or four times a year and have always found Low Cost Holidays to offer the best price for flights and hotel combined. The search facility is simple to use and speedy too. Hotel descriptions are clear and there's all the information you need included on the page so it's easy to make an informed choice. Thank you Meg. Although however the comments I made are completely true with regards to the service I have received when making previous bookings with you, I am now quite disapointed that I have not received my £25 discount voucher for a future booking as clearly promised on our last confirmation email in return for taking the time to leave a review. I also emailed your smileyreview address as requested to tell them I'd left a review. I have called Lowcost holidays to ask if I will be receiving the voucher and have been passed from one person to another without anyone taking responsibility for finding out about the discount and if I will be receiving it. So all in all not a very good way to treat a loyal and previously happy customer is it?

“BEWARE”

Booked a holiday for 3 with low cost holidays at 9pm Friday night, flight cost £307pp. Phone call Saturday morning saying the flight price had increased and we had to pay an extra £249. We said we can't afford this so they said we'd have to cancel and they would refund our money. I am sorry that you are unhappy with the outcome, I do know that you have been in contact with multiple members of staff. As we do not own any airlines, we cannot control when they increase their prices. This happens very occasionally and when it does, we will try to find another flight at the original price, or offer a refund, if a customer is unhappy with the new price.

“Never Again...”

my family and i have just returned from club bellevue, alcudia why is this even on your lists it does you no favours lets start from the very star,t once we arrived at palma we had to sit and wait for over an hour on the bus which we booked through you then after an three and a half hour trip with no break or even told snacks and water would be a good idea we arrive at bellevue all inclusive everything is shut so a 1 year old a 5 year old no food or water then had to check in only two people… Read Full Review

“Low Cost Holidays ended up high cost holiday”

We booked our full package with Low Cost Holidays, were sent confimation emails etc but found out 1 week before flying that our flights had been cancelled. the flights were with Thomson Holidays but they took no responsibility for cancelling the flights and blamed this on ourselves which of course was rubbish. “Zentral hotel tenerife”

Booked flights and accomodation through low cost holidays.went for the secret hotel which ended up being the zentral centre in playa de las americas.lovely hotel with very helpful staff and very spacious rooms with excellent air conditioning.rooftop pool had beutiful views and was perfect for sun bathing with a cold beer!!only thing lacking was a balcony in our room which would have been perfect and which would probably stop us from booking this hotel again.overall a great experience from low… Read Full Review

“Good holiday terrible transfer”

Booked a holiday to the Costa Brava from 12th -19th September, booking process and price very good. Lowcostholidays review June 2014 booked flights/accommodation with lowcostholidays (LCH). That day, money was taken from my account to pay accommodation. Following day received email saying flights not available and to ring them. Got through to be told they would call me back as airline online system was down. I received 2 emails from 2 different members of staff informing me that all of a sudden their email addresses were no longer in service, had to wait almost 2 months to get my refund for a missold holiday, was accused of nit picking and lying, was ignored and left with no accommodation for an evening in a foreign country, so no I do not feel like your staff dealt with it in the appropriate manner. I have all emails and names of both members of staff that dealt with my ongoing issues.

Perhaps you would be so kind as to supply the email address that I should address this to? I will post a further update on this post once I have received your thoughts on how my issues were dealt with.

“Helpful staff and £50 discount - plus a fantastic resort”

We found the LowCostHolidays website easy to use and found our ideal holiday in Ovacik, Turkey, with the bonus of a family room to keep our teenage boys nearby. Staff on the phone were very helpful and negotiated a really low deposit for us, and I even found a discount voucher to cushion the cost! All the booking emails were sent on time and were easy to follow. Staff even told me how to pay off the holiday without incurring any credit card fees, saving us about £60. I will definitely use lowcostholidays again. I found the website extremely straightforward to use, when I'd picked flights and accommodation the website then directed you to a page where you could sort out luggage, transfers, travel insurance etc as extras and the total price of holiday was very clear...no hidden costs or charges added on.
