“Shambles”

We paid for our holiday in Feb only to be advised 3 weeks before we were due to travel in July that our hotel had been changed, due to "events beyond their control". Our original hotel was still being offered on their web site, so we challenged this to be told the web site is not "live". The hotel we were offered although the same star rating did not have the same standard of facilities. “Disgraceful company ”

I will never use LowCostHolidays ever again. After 2 attempts to book a holiday with them I found the company to be a joke. Tried booking the holiday, after completing all the steps - card details etc their website crashed. Although I understand that this can happen I was astonished to receive a call from the office the following morning to inform me that they have accepted the payment (no confirmation email was sent to me) but that they could not locate which flights I was on. When you book a holiday with us online, you have to confirm that you have read the terms and conditions before you are able to confirm your booking. I would urge you to read the terms and conditions, as the answer to many of the most common customer queries are answered there.

I am sorry for your experience but the company has acted within the terms and conditions that you agreed to before you booked your holiday. We do have our terms and conditions available at the time of booking and on our website. If you book online, you have to verify that you have read and accept these terms and conditions before you make a payment, otherwise you cannot book a holiday. If you book through a call center, these terms are read out to you at the time of booking and this is confirmed by the call center agent, that you understand and accept these conditions. Our calls are also recorded.

We understand that you are unhappy that we have acted within the terms and conditions that you agreed to and we do sympathise but we cannot treat customers differently, or that would be favoritism and we treat all of our customers equally.

You were blocked on Facebook, because you broke the house rules and spammed the same link and text approximately 20 times in a very short space of time. Some of your posts have remained untouched, as we encourage customers to be vocal and honest. There is a variety of positive and negative feedback on our wall. The 20 or so duplicate posts were removed.

I hope that this offers some clarification.

“stressed down to wrong information received”

I travel in a weeks time & only have a booking reference and airline information minus any flights number.I tried to check in on line for 2 days solid with no joy.Called low cost holidays who said don`t worry to find out my info as gone to aviation to be sent out in the post!! “Easy, cheap and great - what more can I say!”

This is the first time I have ever tried online booking for a holiday - and not going "full package" through a tour operator - and I have to say i am extremely impressed with Lowcostholidays. Booking was easy, I booked the flight, was given information on available hotels, and when I booked the information I received was clear and concise and quick. “ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE”

Ok where do I start........so I booked a city break to Amsterdam on lowcost holidays website at a price I was happy with, it all seemed fine. Until I received an email saying that our flights didn't process and to give them a call. I did straight away, customer service are like programmed robots on the phone that you cannot understand! “Do not trust them”

Tried to book to go to Portugal in October, however for some reason the Lowcost web page was playing up. I then phoned them up and made the booking vis a Lowcost agent. Whilst I was able to get the dates , flight and hotel I wanted, I was concerned that insurance had been added to the price, even though I said I had my own annual insurance. I requested. “Loved our holiday”

We booked our holiday at the Sentido Cala Vinas Hotel. We had a late check in at 11.15pm and was greeted by a lovely looking hotel and a beautiful reception. Checking in was really easy and we were given a glass of orange and a flannel to refresh ourselves after our journey. To our surprise a cold supper had been saved for us and the receptionist unlocked the restaurant for us so that we could have our supper!!! “Magaluf Building Site”

In May we went to Magaluf for three weeks the hotel was a building site for the whole holiday being altered into a theme park for children. Lowcost holidays didnt want to know about it and keep ignoring my emails and making excuses and i would not deal with this company ever again. I am still awaiting message from them in response to my review and i am also still awaiting a reply from Lowcostholidays who seem to forget that they have this matter to sort out and they are not at all interested and also cannot supply me with a name of anyone in the company.

I have made numerous phone calls to which i have been passed to several departments then cut off.

What sort of company deals with its clients like this.

Now it seems that Jo who said she would help is another one i cant rely on.

“Very slow to be helpful ”

I booked a holiday for myself and my partner and was delighted with the accommodation and the price. I was happy everything was booked and sorted or so I thought.
