Their website doesnt advertise accommodation properly, they never return any emails, and take double payment from your account. They state amendments can be made within 48hrs without fees being applied, this is NOT TRUE. It has been a total nightmare from start and I havent even gone yet, I am totally dreading this holiday as there have been so many complaints, should have read these reviews before booking but will definitely not make this mistake again. I find it very strange when it comes to adding baggage allowance, the only option is to pay for all parties or none at all. (You should be able to choose how many baggage you wish to add, not all or nothing). On the FAQ page, it states that I am able to call up and add baggage which I did, only to be told that I need to pay at the airport which was not very helpful at all. (read more)

This is an easy web site to use, I have booked quite a few holidays with lowcostholidays and not had a problem, I even changed my hotel at the last minute and all went smoothly when I arrived. we have booked 2 weeks in lanzarote with low cost holidays,they booked our flights with RYANAIR,you have to check in on line and print your boarding pass,which can only be done within 15 days of departue,it printed departure pass but not return as it is over 15 days to return date.i phoned RYANAIR they told me find a computer in lanzarote and print the return pass there. The simple fact is you have had all the details for three weeks and we still have no answer from you.

Booked a week in lanzarote with lowcost holidays and the whole thing couldn't have gone any better from booking the holiday to them keeping us updated with flight time changes to transfers and the hotel. I phoned customer services to make the last payment and to check the flight times were right and the staff were really polite and helpful. great everything went smoothly from booking to flights went to the bell vue Majorca and had asked for second floor inside view but offered street view ground floor but this was easily put right and got a great room with a great view and quite a walk to breakfast as we were b/b and would not go to bellevue apartments again but all in all low cost did a very good job really good value holiday (read more)

Initially my booking experience with lowcostholidays.com did not go smoothly. I made an online booking, was debited and no confirmation provided. Despite numerous conversations with representatives, no one could explain what happened. I had to make a new booking at a higher rate! We booked yesterday with Low Cost Holidays and paid £1,900 deposit as required to confirm booking. The payment went through on screen. They also charge you for paying with a Debit Card! My husband received a phone call today from a very rude man at Low Cost Holidays telling us we owe money! This is my second holiday that I have booked with low cost holidays, really I should have learned with the first holiday that the company is a shambles and have no sense of customer service at all. On contacting lowcost holidays the gentleman just kept repeating contact the airline, the transfer company and the hotel direct it was nothing to do with lowcost. I booked a 3 night trip to krakow with my 16 year old son for a bit of quality time. I couldnt fault Lowcostholidays one little bit. I had to cancel my hotel booking in Gran Canaria because our flight 24.03.13 was cancelled.(bad weather condition).Who could have predicted that the winter in England drags till end of march? Hi, I just cancelled my holidays to Spain because of visa problem. And I got email from low cost holidays saying they will onlŷ refund me £261 when I paid £717 altogether. Many thanks for your response. However, I was told that if I only want to take one hold baggage then I can pay at the airport which is £25 one way. Doesnt this contradict the option given at the time of booking? Can you please confirm that I will only be charged for the one baggage at the airport and not for the 4 baggages I am expected to take (2 adults travelling with 2 infants).
