I ordered a set of pastry forks on Sunday (09/12/12).Because of the volume of Christmas mail, I expected the items to arrive next week at the earliest. I was pleasantly surprised when the items arrived 2 days after I ordered them. The pastry forks, which I bought for myself to use on Christmas Day, are excellent quality. I have purchased 2 of these - one for a friends wedding present and then another for myself. The quality is excellent and I really liked the simple design of the set. I'll probably add other products from the range at some point in the future. I spent the best part of a year looking for a certain type of pastry fork. Cutlery and Catering have been the only place I have been able to buy these pastry forks. The website was user friendly with big clear pictures. I would have liked a zoom button so that I could get a closer look at the cutlery like I can in an ordinary shop but that is my only grumble. I wanted some nice cutlery for my grandaughter, she struggles with most childrens cutlery as it tends to be quite chunky to hold. These are lovely and just right for her little hands. She loves them and can use them much better than the chunky ones.They are really good quality stainless steel, I am very pleased both with them and the customer service I recieved. Excellent!! I recently bought this cast iron casserole dish from Cutlery and Catering and I love it! It is a very sturdy and well-made product with all the durability of Le Creuset at a fraction of the cost.

It is so convenient as I can brown meat and seal the juices on the hob in the same dish before leaving the meal to simmer away in the oven ready to eat whenever we are ready. I often bake biscuits for and with my grandchildren and have found the Cookie Cutters invaluable. The kids really enjoy cooking (and eating) the original shapes.

The Splades were a great find - we had some for a wedding present years ago and over the course of many removals etc. they all vanished. I was delighted to find them again, as they are superb for supper snacks and parties. To make it even better they were on special offfer.
