This was so easy to be able to send friend a gift without paying postage. We ordered I tunes cards for my friends 3 children. Being able to go online in New Zealand and order cards for our friends in UK was fantastic. Usually we buy small gifts and end up paying more than the items are worth in postage. Easy to order, had to pay for express delivery. Was disappointed in the customized note. All it was was a sticky label with small type print of my note, and half of the sticker had half of a bar code, like something else had been printed on it. We are going to a relatives surprise 60th birthday party. Not knowing what to buy we asked her husband & he had no idea. We suggested gift vouchers He eventually came back & suggested yours, because there are so many different shops that supply vouchers BUT you can only use their shop. Since this is a SURPRISE he somehow found that your vouchers cover a multitude of plces so that is the reason. However, this time I was a bit disapointed with the amount of time it took for the vouchers to reach their destination. Ordered £40 and had to wait quite a few days before envelope arrived with Gift Wallet by NO vouchers. Noted that the self seal envelope had been opened by someone whilst in transit. Immediately phoned and explained the situation and received the replacement vouchers by first class post the following day. These envelopes are easy for 'handlers' to identify that the contain vouchers therein. Suggest less obvious packaging may prevent this type of thing. (read more)

I paid the £3.50 for next day delivery on the thursday, but they were not delivered until monday, the explanation was that it was ordered to late for next day delivery but it was ordered before dinnertime and if they knew that it was not going to be delivered why did they take the money or give the false impression that it would be.
