Pick up of hire car didn't get off to a good start as had to wait twenty minutes for shuttle bus to arrive at airport terminal. After that everything went smoothly and was happy with the customer service at the car hire desk. Car was as expected and had no issues whatsoever. Drop off was easy and went to plan. Overall a good experience.

Easy online booking... pick up and drop off easy. Email confirmation you print off could be a little clearer of what you need. Don't forget you may need to access gov uk for the online paper version. Hiper ladies at pick up very helpful and the reception is clean and air conditioning Didn't try to up sell even explained we didn't need a booster seat etc Insurance all paid in U.K. Expect excess. Plus additional driver to be paid locally but again very easy

Pickup office opposite the Avis/Hertz garage on Borgo Ognissanti, maybe 300m from Santa Maria Novella station. Easy pickup and depart Florence (with a road map), particularly to South, West and North. Well organised if small reception office. Busy staff but still smiling! Great value. Thanks

Hired from Exeter airport for 5 days to visit family in Cornwall. Far too many confusing emails from Easirent and mix up at airport as driver of shuttle car drove straight past us as we waved and yelled at him standing at what we thought was the pick up point. After that all good. Easy, quick transfer with pleasant driver. Immaculate and comfortable nearly new car which performed well throughout. It would have been useful to have a handbook in the car when an advisory light came on but OK as it went off again! Return was straightforward with quick efficient transfer back to the airport. If they had cut down the paperwork and clarified the pick up point it would have been excellent.

We had booked with 121 but ended up being booked into Marbesol off airport at Malaga. A bit anxious about this but easy shuttle bus and 5 mins we were there. Driver very helpful loading our bags. Booking process a bit chaotic at their site as it was so busy but we were dealt with quickly. Some extra costs added that we were unaware of but hire was SO cheap that it was not considered a rip off. We then found our bags wouldn't all fit in our car. Staff were really helpful despite the business and they gave us another car that we could get all our bags in with no problem. The vehicle damage check is always a problem--there is not the time or energy to properly inspect and when we had left depot we noticed a couple of things but could obviously not get back to report easily so we took our chances so we were a bit apprehensive on our return. Again it was chaotically busy but staff again very couteous and helpful and quite jolly for 7am. All round good experience mainly down to genuine helpfullness and staff attitude on our visit.

I booked a cheap small car. I have been given a larger car. It was old but in working order, clean and comfortable. A bump in the back and scratches and patches of faded colour around. The air-con noisy. It was not a problem for me. It did the work to take us around. Pick up at 3:00 am! and drop off very easy. It is located just outside the Heraklion Airport. Part of amount is paid at the desk as per agreement, they preferred to be paid cash. I have my own rent-car insurance. Tank full to purchase and return empty policy. Paid 80 euros but when filled at petrol station full tank was it was only 60 euro (bit disappointed).

Advantage were ok the desk erson was not to pushy in trying to sell add on's etc.

Easy going, hassle free company. Would recommend to other travelers but suggest more info about getting to car hire location. (Relevant to Toronto. Shuttle needs to drop off at car hire location, not the hotel).

The staff were friendly and efficient but not enough of them as the waiting time was a bit annoying. The car was clean and well looked after, the point of pick up was easy and central. Although the initial price of the hire was good the deposit was horrendous and therefore made me nervous the whole week that I may incur damage. I do think that a more realistic deposit would make things less stressful.

I tried several times to hire car but always something hidden makes the problem and disappointment. Here thing were fine, I easily took control of the extra charges which mean a lot in this business since one scratch the car hire company would charge £1000 just to take maximum benefit considering they have coverage for striping the client's money. If this company continues to serve as umbrella protecting clients from excessive expenses done by the car hire companies in any sense I recommend this company to be used as a reverence point for car hire services in UK.

Easy to use and cheapest deal in the market place. The optional insurance to cover damage excess seems like a good deal too, but fortunately I had no cause to call on it so I cannot judge the service delivery. The only slight drawback with the 121 site is that you do not know which company/service provider will be providing your hire car until the end of the process. This would be useful as there some car hire companies I would prefer to avoid having had bad experience with them in the past.

The Goldcar office is in the airport so its easy to get to. The price was avery competitive and the car was in excellent condition. Very quick return as well. Just left the keys.
