I saw this site after searching the internet but when I saw how cheap they were to unlock my phone I was sceptical. What a great surprise it was to take the plunge and put a bit of trust in them. I have an iPhone 4 that was locked to the Vodafone UK. I was searching web for a provider that could unlock my device. After initial unsuccessful attempt with Vodafone I reviewed a million of tricks and none of them really worked. Than I came across unlockingonline.com. Although I was a bit sceptical at the beginning they really did what was promised - THEY UNLOCKED MY IPHONE!!!! Just a quick note to thank Unlockingonline.com for their excellent service. Once I submitted the details of the phone on their website it took only 4 minutes to generate the unlock code which was easy to input and bingo - phone unlocked from O2 to Talkmobile. My son is very pleased as all his friends have Blackberrys. The cost was also cheaper than I could have got local or at the market. Can't fault this service.. (read more)

i obtained the codes to unlock my samsung b2710 costing £16 a decent price however i followed the instructions to the letter and my phone failed to unlock not only that but it is now frozen as i have made too many attempts to unlock it i have emailed unlockingonline twice filled in a form for support but have had no reply whatsoever i am told my phone is now useless be very wary (read more)

After being told by O2 that they would not unlock my HTC ONE for 12 months even though it was a pay as you go I tried quite a few online unlocking services with no success. All the high street dodgy geezers said they could do it but wanted £30 up front. Found unlockingonline via GiffGaff, it took them 10 mins and cost me £17. I was given a Samsung Galaxy Mini S5570 that was locked to the Vodaphone network (I am on Orange). i applied to get my fone unlocked. they told me they could not unlock my fone. they were quick enough to take my money but i have not gotten it back. Its only $4 but that's not the point. i have e mailed them and got no answer. how many others are they robbing.I want an answer of some sort at the very least. (read more)

It would appear from previous reviews that if the unlock code works all is fine, BUT any problems just wave goodbye to your £8.99!!!!!!! After filling in the questionaire,waiting a week, sending numerous Emails I still had NO RESPONSE from this company, What happened to the promised " we will call you within 24 hours?" 2 days ago I paid for code and followed instructions. Code did not work on Blackberry so I was directed to their helpdesk which is an online questionaire. Filled this in but nothing back up to now and lost patience. Been on their website and no way to contact. I wish I had read other reviews first. Easy to use but rubbish if the code you get does not work. (read more)

Had i seen some of these reviews I probably wouldnt have paid £9.99 to unlock phone I'd have taken it to the 02 shop and paid £15.00 and waited up to 7 days (according to 02). As it was, with nothing better to do and a £5 potential saving, I thought I'd try it. Totally perfect. I am not a mobile phone expert by any means! complete wasters the company costumer service doesn't exist been waiting now for a month, if the phone can be unlocked it can, if it cant good luck getting your money back. they never keep you up to date you have to keep spending money ringing them (you will never get through) use a different company. My Blackberry was locked to O2, I looked on the web and found Unlocking On Line. The cost of £1.99 made me sceptical but I thought if it was a scam it wasn't much to lose. I sent off my IMIE details and followed the simple instuctions, my phone was unlocked and the whole process from start to finish was less than 15 minutes. I use HTC Wildfire that was locked to Three network which I needed to pay about 15 GBP to get the unlocking code from Three. But I got the code from Mobileunlockcodes.co.uk for just 8.99 GBP saving me more than 6 GBP. Another great thing is that I paid securely using Paypal guest payment option. I have used them 3 times now and each time has been quick and easy. Longest it took for me was 15 minutes.
