Just signed up to them and what can I say, everything seems brilliant and unlimited as they say, customer service is the best out there - a response within a few minutes, and the price is fantastic too, I will recommend to everyone interested in having a domain or transfering it to Unlimitedwebhosting.

Amazing Support - Amazing Pricing - Amazing Service

I have been with Unlimited Web Hosting on their Dedi Cloud platform since it launched earlier this year. I contacted UWH because my old host was unreliable, they told me about their new Dedi Cloud and gave me the new service earlier than the official launch as I really needed to change, brownie points from day one.

The Dedi cloud is cheap, really cheap for what you get, free plesk control panel, antivirus, spam control!

Fantastic.

I had problems setting up a website so emailed them and within 30 minutes they actually fixed it for me. Other hosts would have just directed me to a huge help file. These guys are great.

Firstly, I have a reseller account. Its important to me (and my clients) that the domains are running without any problems.

A year ago I was at 1and1. They were OK performance wise, but their support sucked. I foolishly tried GoDaddy with one domain, you definitely wouldn't want to host with them if you need support - it was laughable. I didnt want to be hosted anywhere until I was sure I've found the right hosting firm. Cue Unlimited Web Hosting.

Unlimted Web Hosting are utterly brilliant.

I've got 2 sites hosted with them now and can't believe I can add as many more as I like and still pay their crazily low prices. It really does seem to be unlimited.

The conrol panel is Plesk and I find it reasonably intuitive to use. I've also used cPanel with other hosts and I don't prefer one over the other so if you're used to cPanel then Plesk is easy to pick up.

Absolutely love Unlimited!
Have been looking at signing up for a while- only after reading these reviews did I do anything about it!
Really speedy service! I had a few problems at first, but that was due to my own stupidity- support was fantastic and replied within minutes with helpful and concise information.
Plesk is a little bit confusing for first time users, but you soon get used to it!
Would recommend to anyone without hestitation!

Really pleased with the service provided. Even though I made a typo in my domain name when I moved over to them (that's what happens when you do important things when you're tired), their support was excellent and really fast. Excellent value for money, and unlike some hosts, when they say 24/7 support, they really mean it. Will recommend to everyone that asks me about hosting, as I can't actually fault their service so far.
Two things I would have liked 1) a complete list of one-click installs ...

From the moment I began looking at hosting my websites with Unlimited web hosting they have been nothing but helpful. They talked me through the whole process of moving my sites and setting them up there. I was scared to move hosting because I have put a lot of work into them but Unlimited supported me and made a stressful process less so. I would defo recommend them to friends and am so happy I changed to them.

On the plus site, the performance is outstanding.

On the negative site:
The Plesk panel is a nightmare to use compared to the standard cPanel. Log files are not easy to find. The online help files are incomplete and poorly written, There is no obvious way to change some PHP configuration settings. Our e-commerce site, which works fine on loads of other webhosts, has real problems with this webhost, resulting in countless Internal Server Error messages because it doesn't our standard rewrite rul ...

Well what can i say about unlimited web hosting . The support is excellent . The speed of my sites is excellent. The ease of use of the excelllent plesk control panel is A++ and if there are any problems the support responds in minutes not hours like some of my previous hosts . The uptime so far has been 100% . The one thing i would like to see is some live support. They are that good i am going to move all my sites over to them when they are due for renewal.Once again best hosting i have seen a ...

Customer support is second to none. I am a web designer who also offers hosting plans to clients. As a reseller I was impessed by the support povided by my last web host but not when they went out of business without any warning!

Unlimitedwebhosting went the extra mile when assisting me with the transfer of client websites from the failed company. The really difficult one was the transfer of my WHMCS. Some web hosts would I am sure have washed their hands and walked away. This is not the appro ...

I have been hosting my sites with many US webhosts, and the formula is the same. Pay a little and you get almost nothing. Pay lots (essentially more than what you can afford) and you get a LITTLE tech support with an OKAY server diskspace and traffic.

But Unlimited changed all of that, for almost no money per month they give you 24x7 reliable online web hosting on their cloud platform (though it can be a little slow sometimes)

Best of all their disk space allocation is TRULY UNLIMITED! Ask any ...

One of the best hosting services available. With truly unlimited hosting and one of the best support teams I would definitely recommend this as cheap hosting to anyone. The only downsides are that there are still quite a few bugs in the system and it can take them a while after contacting them to get the bugs removed.

I have been looking to start reselling web hosting for a long time, and now I really have found my perfect host!

They just seem to do just about everything, automated backups, free site builder, amazing 24h support (and they can put up with all of your questions that have probably been asked a billion times)

I don't think I have managed to fault them yet, the uptime is amazing, response is brill too.

As a hosting company I would say they really are number one!

Well I started off with a basic web account with them, and they were brilliant. Amazing support response times, plesk, a lovely control panel and whmcs for their billing.
After a month I decided to loose the web account and just buy myself a reseller to hopefully make the account pay for its self.

There is just such a wide range of stuff that you can do ever so easily and the customer support is amazing, no other word to describe it.

Ok,

i am a webhosting reseller and had a reseller package with a different provider (charging me more for less) this provider used Helm (quite a bit different to plesk)

i did a bit of e-mailing to find out if there claims could be substantiated (they can)

Then i needed a control panel to manage customers (WHMCS was provided by unlimitedwebhosting.co.uk) my old provider didn't provide anything but helm had basic billing.

These guys are AMAZING, nothing is a problem for them they will bend over backwards to help you any way they can. I was with another company hosting about 20 sites, continual down time and nothing but problems, now I have moved no more down time and tech support is sh*t hot.

Looking for hosting, choose this company you will not regret it.

I've just signed up with them, for whatever reason the payment didn't go through properly and caused some problems. Fantastic service from them, prompt replies to my emails and problem sorted quickly. Another minor techmical problem and again sorted within 30 minutes. The other thing I like is that you can cancel anytime without all the threats that other suppliers have in their T&Cs.
