Thanks for the response here. But if your office really wanted to get in contact with me and resolve this, they could have contacted me since 12th May. I phoned on Thursday for the opportunity and even then they can only tell me that the managers are looking into this and I should get a response by today 20May without having to go to court. I do hope so..

The dish washer didn't wash properly, the twin oven either incinerated even to the point of melting a non stick baking tray, or left the food uncooked. They took a year to get sorted because of non-existant service. The fronts of the cupboards are de-laminating because of faulty adhesive, and although told weeks ago that they would be replaced, only four doors have been delivered. Betta Living did not stand up to my expectation that was falsely shown during the consultation process. At the beginning everything they tell you sounds awsome and everything you dreamed of will be created but with a price. We ordered a custom fit cupboard for our room with 3 sliding doors. It took a month to get the stuff to get delivered and fitted. Never in my life have I received such awful serice. I can not believe next associate themself with this company. From the initial telephone conversation to the visit I was gob smacked at how unprofessional they were. They refused to come out until the decision maker was home. I would strongly recommend to not use this company to supply your kitchen. They say that your kitchen is guaranteed for 15 years. However, should you experience any problems after a year, you will be charged a call out fee, which I think is unreasonable, but chance would be a fine thing to get one! This joke of a company first tried to sell me the same kitchen for 10k after i declined and showed them the door they rang back 1 month later and said they could do it for 4.7k which was a more competitive and reasonable price.It now time to get it fitted and they have cancelled on me TWICE and they keep saying the fitters will be sent in to fit the kitchen. “Transformed our bedroom”

We had a new kitchen from Bettaliving about 5 years ago, it still looks brand new which is a reflection of the quality. So it wasn't a hard decision to ask them back to design our bedroom. The designer came up with some fantastic ideas to give more storage space, an area where we were sadly lacking previously. “Avoid this company”

Had my kitchen installed last October, had phone calls and emails ignored, the kitchen fitter was dreadful and took the easy lazy option and ruined my kitchen. It has taken over 6 months to get someone to put it right. Dreadful customer service. I was promised some compensation when my kitchen had been put right, but surprisingly I emailed the company last week, copied to 3 people and not one of them has replied. Booked an appointment for a kitchen design but was called by the kitchen manager to ensure both of us would be there.....well as my wife is the one generally using the kitchen and knowing what she wants why wouldn't they design a kitchen without me being there as well. “Problems after 2 years.”

Customer service is appalling. First call is we will see what we can do, 2nd call we know we have a problem with heat from the oven causing the plinth to delaminate. 3rd call......it's going to cost you £ 75 for them to put right . So how has it got a 15 year gaurantee if I have got to pay for it then. We paid £12000 for this kitchen and to be asked to pay £75 for the plinth to be fitted is unacceptable. From the original meeting with the advisor who put our thoughts into a drawing of our new bedroom, he was very pleasant and helpful, to the surveyor who finalised the measurements again very pleasant and helpful to the delivery team very efficient and careful when loading the items into the bedroom and the fitter, how he fitted that amount of units in the time was amazing the attention to detail that he put in was great could not fault his skills.
