After having my bikes stolen wheelies contacted me very quick was very good on the phone and a quick delivery of my bikes only my child trailor did not turn up till the day after with no wheels and a hole in the back of it they collected the same day and I had a new one two days later when I went out on my bike I had to push it back home because I could not get any of the gears which is the only thing I'm not happy about.... “Insurance claim”

After having my bike stolen my insurance company passed me on to wheelies direct to deal with the claim. I found the staff to be very friendly and they dealt with my claim very efficiently, getting the bike I wanted out to me within a week. When the bike arrived the rear inner tube had a puncture which I had to repair hence 3 stars and not 4! That said everything else was spot on… Read Full Review

“Provision of replacement items following an insurance...”

Initial notice from insurers advised that items (helmet, pedals and cassette)would be delivered to me 5-7 days after instruction. Wheelies advised that 2 of the 3 items were in stock but a third needed to be ordered. They were unable to send me the 2 items individually without the third. They said they would telephone me when the item was back in stock to arrange delivery - which they did. “Weak - bikes poorly prepared, website confusing ”

Bought two bikes from wheelies a felt z95 and a ridgeback comet. They were quick and efficient at sending them out. When they arrived the problems began. The felt had a poorly set up front mech and the ridgeback was the wrong size. I phoned back and rejected the ridgeback because it was extra small (15") when I ordered a large (21") frame.
