Ordered a part from them on 11th December, it's now 4th Jan and I haven't received it. Tried emailing before Christmas - no response. Tried calling - being told the number is incorrect. Tried finding another number - that's incorrect too, then find this site! I think those who have received their goods are few and far between. I ordered an item (Suzuki SV belly pan) and payment was taken almost immediately. 10 days later the order was still shown as 'In processing' on their website so I emailed them to confirm when it would be despatched. A week later I received no response, then I found the reviews on here and immediately thought I was screwed. They took the money the same day I purchased item. Five months later no parts! I have been told it is on back order but I contacted manufacture and they have two sitting on their self right now. I am going to contact a lawyer and see if we can get a class action law suit against these guys for fraud, it seems that there is a lot of people with similar issue. The service via email and by phone was superb and they spent a great deal of time helping us with styles and sizing, even calling the manufacturer to make sure we got the sizing right before shipping all the way here. Like everyone else on here i never recived my goods. I emailed, rang, left messages, then written to my bank and reported the company to my Bank.. who i belive was investigated by my bank and today I recived my gloves. i would certnaly not use them again and feel luckey that my outcome was sucsesfull in the end.

Scanning through the terms and conditions (again - never order something late at night when you're tired), the trader maybe in direct breach of DSR regulations.

Dear oh dear oh dear, it's certainly true that when you see an offer thats to good to be true it probably isn't.
Having the same problems as everyone else on this site, ordered, payment taken, goods not delivered and unable to make contact with the company despite a number of attempts by phone and email.
Also made the mistake of ordering with my debit card so not gauranteed to get my money back.
Think we should get something published in MCN or Suberbike mag about this company which is...

DO NOT USE - Ordered a pair of boots. Was eventually contacted by them to say the boots were not available and therefore I cancelled the order. On checking my Bank statements I found I had been charged for the boots, and I'm still trying to get my money back from them. Richard Mezza (owner) is evasive and dishonest. (read more)

I found this company online when looking for Christmas presents for my sons. The Website looks authentic and I ordered two Jackets and two pairs of gloves for them. The website claims that the goods would be dispatched the next day and the money would not be charged to my credit card until dispatched. I found this review very helpful because...I was going nto order 2 Shark Evoline Lids. I thought it would be fine as this is a local company about 15 miles away.I'm glad I seen all these reviews-Phew!!!!!!!!!
