i am genuinely delighted with the product (linux elite). Plenty of options to play with, uptime pretty good but then i dont run a business using it. The support offered is very poor. In live chat i was repeatedly told to contact billing when i asked specific technical questions eg "do i need to change the IPS Tags". For the first 6 months or so I was very happy with the service, they responedded quickly on their live chat, generally very polite, but then one of my sites got hacked by an ebay phishing site. I was first informed about it by an american representative of ebay, so I immediately backed up my server and told webhostuk about it and asked for their advice and help. Been with them for almost 1 year and I can safely say that their servers are well overcrowded. For the last few months I've been constantly receiving 500 internal server errors from 10 to 50 times per day. Have been using them for about six months now and in the last three months the site has been regularly down. The reasons / excuses: 1. The servers were running a back up that overloaded the system 2. There have been many occasions that I have had to call on their support to resolve a website issue and the guys at Webhost.uk.net have always come to my rescue. Personally I do not think any hosting company would give better service. I host about 20 small sites and overall am very happy with my choice of host. I have been with Webhost.uk for over a year now and find the company to be exceptional. I run a web design/development business with 30 odd websites on a reseller account. Couldn't resolve the problem myself, even with instructions over the chat support, so they went in and fixed my settings themselves in a few minutes. They didn't have to help either, as it wasn't a problem with the account setup. It was a file in my website which needed details changing, but they still helped and fixed it. Great service. Fantastic customer service. Fantastic services. Fantastic value for money. Most company's lie about there up time however Webhost uk don't. My site has never gone down since using webhost uk. First of all the people at WebHost.UK.Net are extremely nice. I contacted support and within minutes they were able to reply back and make me a happy customer. Their hosting plans are excellent value for money and have a fantastic server uptime of 99.9% and 24/7 Support. They have both Linux and Windows Hosting. I had the same thing with the hacking - my server was hacked as an ebay phishing site and, and I was first infomred about it by a third party who represented ebay. I told Webhosts.uk..net as soon as i knew and asked for advice, and received a very ugly threatening email, which made no acknowledgement of the fact I had informed the about it but instead blamed me for the whole thing. They did recant somewhat after I reponded like for like, but it blew my faith in them.

The services provided by webhost.uk.net are truly awful. Their webhosting and email services are unreliable and lack basic features you should be able to take for granted. Support is via a live chat system where representatives mysteriously disappear for over ten minutes at a time, mid-conversation! Agree the service has been terrible lately although I have found support responsive and polite.
We have 2 services with them - one on shared hosting and one on VPS. Shared hosting has been without issues although had one forced server move.
The VPS has been terrible and we are just in the process of leaving and moving to another host on a dedicated server (for more money) and so far so good with the new host.

Webhost UK were exceptionally helpful when I took out one of their reseller hosting packages. They were quick to respond to my questions I felt they were on hand to help me if I needed them. I spent some time looking around for hosting packages before settling on Webhost UK. I think they offer good value for money and the level of service came as a welcome bonus. I'm very happy I found this company. The prices seem pretty good to me and they give me lots of control over my server, but more importantly, they're very easy to get in touch with. A normal 0203 helpline and live chat so that whenever I get confused about dns and nameservers et all its been no hassle getting in touch with them and they've always been very helpful.

I am using webhost.uk.net for nearly 2 years now ..I will say they are fabulous and really care for customers, as per my expirence with my previous UK hosting provider, webhostUK LTD is the best. Mostly I like there support and uptime always more than expected.

Wow, absolutely brilliant service.
I bought a basic reseller account and managed to mess up the domain transfer. I got in touch on Xmas eve and they managed to sort it out for me within an hour, really friendly and helpful support.
The price is great, I couldn't find a reseller account for less than £25 anywhere else.
I can't comment on the uptime yet, but the service so far is second to none.

The most professional and friendly personnel among UK hosts is here! When I came across with problems connected with transferring my website to this host, Natasha Cooper (Technical Support) fixed all them in few minutes without redirecting me here and there (unlike another host companies do). I left my last host provider purely on the basis of really poor customer service. Words can't describe how bad they were. With WebHostUK it's completely the opposite. The technical services are just as good but what makes it is the after sales and customer support. Second to none in my opinion. I've used many cPanel based webhosts before which promise low prices, 24/7 support and great products but they never deliver. After being with my previous host for over a year I had had enough of the downtime and decided to look elsewhere.

Every Email, Every Online Question has been answered quickly, in a language I can understand and always ended with "Is there anything Else we can help with?"

A colleague told me about his pleasant experience with the chatroom at webhost.co.uk and I checked them out. The quality of their service is much better than that of others like Daily.co.uk where our users' emailboxes simply vanished and Support refused to restore the backups. I won't lie as I was about ready to cancel my account after hitting a few snags with migrating my accounts but once I had been put in touch with Natasha Cooper it was all sorted very smoothly.
It take a few hours and we did hit a few snags as I have a few accounts but each time is was sorted instantly and without a hitch.
