We went to manchester a while back for a holiday and decided to give it a try, the food was amazing and very reasonably priced. We had a really good night, when we had finished our meal we were going to go back to the hotel for a nightcap but then the waiter started to play the piano so we ordered another bottle of wine and decided to stay. The next time we come back to manchester we will defenatly be paying them a visit.

Please note Il Maestro Hyde has now moved to 17 The Precinct Cheadle Hulme, same wonderful food and atmosphere Tel 0161 486 9000. Live piano music Friday and Saturday night, traditional Italian food, delicious and freshly prepared well worth a visit.

il maestro is one of our greatest discoveries. The Food is excellent and the house red is ma ma mia. The main attraction though is the waiter turned pianist that creates a romantic mood for those special occasions.
Highly Recommended.

Paul - THAT Italian restaraunt may be fine but try to avoid the ones frequented by Al Paccino, especially if you're a Police Captain.
