So I bought a pair of adidas leggings for my daughter that matched her ren Stan smiths for school because they had red at the bottom so after I paid for it it said that it will be here about the 12th so that was fine it would be here in time for school starting again so today I had a look at my emails and I got one. “Returned items never refunded”

I used very for quite some time. The last returns I made were apparently never received so they charged me. When I queried this I was told I was lying even though I had the tracking number and receipt. “Not worthy of the one star”

Awful company. Do not purchase from them!! Checked the tracking prior to goods due arrival date and was concerned that the warehouse address didn't align to the destination address. Called Very and they patronisingly told me that the goods would definitely be delivered and not to worry. Guess what? The goods never arrived as expected. “Still waiting for my product 21 days later!!!”

Poor customer service. I have now written to the CEO's, and complained about the poor customer service. I have tried six times to place an order for a fridge freezer. Very continue to be consistent in cancelling these orders, without consulting me!! I think they Very advisers have a crackle button, one that then cuts you off. “Very cancelled my order 3 times without telling me!...”

What an awful customer service. I have been waiting for 12 days for a delivery, only to be told that Very have cancelled this 3 times. 12 hours on the phone to at least 15 different advisers, I now have a named adviser, lets see if my product arrives. “Easily the worst company I have purchased from.”

Ordered a full set of mirrored draws. 4 times one item turned up damaged which means 4 new deliverers and 4 times a company has to come to pick them up. Very won’t send new draws out until you have paid for a new set, they then refund you the first set. This is all very annoying but one of those things. I used very for a while and ran up an account of around 500 pounds, Then paid back the minimum payment. It wasn't long until the interest became a concern so I phoned customer services. There was a language barrier to overcome but we got there and the lady explained that my account was set up for take 3 payments now and there would be no more interest! I work long shifts as a staff nurse so find online shopping very convenient. I have shopped with many companies online but have never experienced such a poor shabby and incompetent service that I have from shopping with Very. “Shambolic Customer Service”

Last year Very managed to block my home PC I.P address so that we could not access their website at all. It took 12 months for them to fix a simple problem, and only after I had made over a dozen phone calls to customer service and written 6 letters to different addresses, all without the courtesy of a reply. “Universal Large Sliding Door Mirrored Wardrobe ”

I have just had my wardrobe put together by the assembly serivce offered by very.co.uk(very nice gentlemen). I am shocked at the finished product as it clearly poses a health and safely risk in my home. The wardrobe frame is cheap and light, and the mirrored doors are far too heavy for it. I order 3 toys from Very in Aug 2015, taking advantage of a £30 off offer. 2 arrived without any problem and I was informed of a delay on the 3rd.
