I will never recommend very. You have been warned! The apr is ridiculously high over 47% I got stuck with this company after they took over (from another company). “Poor experience from start to finish.”

I ordered a laptop due to a promotion they were holding. The laptop when it arrived wasn't as described on their website. I was told this was a mistake and if I re-order another and send the old one back I'd get the correct item. This time the laptop arrived several days late and was again the wrong specification. “Worst customer service I've ever had and still no product”

Our order didn't arrive, so I contacted customer services to be told they had cancelled the order. They left us to wait in all day without telling us, and still haven't emailed any notifications. They said the item was out of stock, but it was still on the website with messages coming up saying it was selling. “One of the worst online buying experience!!”

Placed a large order for furniture for living room and bedroom on 27th August 2016. Most items were in stock, given the option to choose preferred delivery date for available items. Since I wasn't moved to the property I selected 17th of September and the couple of items which weren't in stock were selected for 5th October delivery. Spent £300 on a mattress from you and I've got to say I love the mattress. The customer service I received however from your call centre was appalling...the fact I was never told that despite me paying £29 for you to take my old mattress away you would only do so if it was inside a bag, again I was never told this. I had been in Very for years, always the problem is the statement that never explained to you properly. I just rang them and ask about, I just find out that 80 Weeks payment + interest applied on my items that I bought since 2014. this include my shopping and BNPL. Well, I didn't know that!Thought that was been cleared as only choose 52 weeks. How that happened? So I bought a pair of adidas leggings for my daughter that matched her ren Stan smiths for school because they had red at the bottom so after I paid for it it said that it will be here about the 12th so that was fine it would be here in time for school starting again so today I had a look at my emails and I got one. I used very for quite some time. The last returns I made were apparently never received so they charged me. When I queried this I was told I was lying even though I had the tracking number and receipt. Awful company. Do not purchase from them!! Checked the tracking prior to goods due arrival date and was concerned that the warehouse address didn't align to the destination address. Called Very and they patronisingly told me that the goods would definitely be delivered and not to worry. Guess what? The goods never arrived as expected. Poor customer service. I have now written to the CEO's, and complained about the poor customer service. I have tried six times to place an order for a fridge freezer. Very continue to be consistent in cancelling these orders, without consulting me!! I think they Very advisers have a crackle button, one that then cuts you off. What an awful customer service. I have been waiting for 12 days for a delivery, only to be told that Very have cancelled this 3 times. 12 hours on the phone to at least 15 different advisers, I now have a named adviser, lets see if my product arrives. “Easily the worst company I have purchased from.”

Ordered a full set of mirrored draws. 4 times one item turned up damaged which means 4 new deliverers and 4 times a company has to come to pick them up. Very won’t send new draws out until you have paid for a new set, they then refund you the first set. This is all very annoying but one of those things. “Shambolic Customer Service”

Last year Very managed to block my home PC I.P address so that we could not access their website at all. It took 12 months for them to fix a simple problem, and only after I had made over a dozen phone calls to customer service and written 6 letters to different addresses, all without the courtesy of a reply.
